Just remember that everything else from my list still stays - those 6 (or 7, don't remember) Citadel fetch quests + 3 N7 missions you need to do to complete 3 of those CItadel fetch quests + Jack's mission. Do it all before Tuchanka, Rachni mission too - you need Rachni mission to unlock one of N7 missions which in turn you need to complete one of fetch quests missions.

I'm double-jointed in the left.

It causes...issues...at times. 90% of the time it's fine and then out of nowhere for a week I'll be in chronic, headsplitting, finger-numbing pain. And then I'm all good again. But it's a neat party trick. I never get tired of grossing people out by popping it in and out.

Thanks. And hey, anything that gets me out of work early can't be all bad, right? Stil, this is the worst it's been in a while. yesterday I actually kind of passed out from it on the couch. Very disorienting.

The really annoying thing is it just makes everything really awkward and painful. All day yesterday I wanted to get home and write and then by the time I got here and busted out the laptop, my brain was just throbbing mush. 

Kind of makes one appreciate what a trooper Alenko is.

It will take the edge off some for a while, but not so much. Boymonster picked me up some naproxen today which is supposed to be excellent, so we'll see.

But otherwise I'm thinking a few Full Biotic Kicks might just be the answer.
