i hate crowds with 10 or more people.

10 is usually far too much for me!  But I don't know, cons are..different, I hate crowds too, but a con, I don't know..I think I tried to explain this to Phoenix the other day, it's like nerdtopia and it feels safe...

Is there a VIP section where you can pay that bit extra and get the nice comfy chairs and big screens to watch the panels with an open bar?  That might be tolerable..... Posted Image

Yeah, even walking into my local GameStop is a gamble. >.< The "realist's review" that I always hear about PAX is the stench. Which is just... it's just...really gross, god, guy, takes a shower. XD

Edit: OH YAY i hoped that would be top. <_<

Reposting StickyFingerMcGee's lovely new piece, Raincouver.

I would definitely pay for that ridiculous luxury.

Also, the thought of Kaidan standing in the rain...my brain is going to guttery places.

Edit: ****, and in a white shirt.  I should have never been allowed to read/watch Pride and Prejudice as a young girl.

Me too, even though I've never felt more inadequate. :)

My hands are dumb, they don't get what I'm trying to explain to them at all when i try to draw and I end up with perverted stick figures.

10 is too much for me too, if i was ever in a group of 10 or more, you'll see me, get distracted and then i'll be gone.
I simply cannot be in a room with lots of people. it's what really made school hard for me

I'm really sensitive to other people and their emotions, I don't like loud aggressive people because of that, even loud unaggressive people are a problem, loud people /shudder, any kind of negativity and aggression and I'm gone, unfortunately this is something that inevitably comes out within groups of people...

Edit:  I have a really quiet voice, I hate it when I'm told to "speak up"..I end up shouting and I don't like that...

And no you wouldn't like my car's most recent trick. It turned into the child snatcher / baby eater. I picked it up after a service the other day, was strapping my daughter into her carseat, had the keys on the front seat, went to climb in and the car had locked itself with Sophia and my keys inside. Not a fun trick.

Oh, no! :o Yeah, that's not good.

I thought your trick was somewhere more along the lines of running people over. You know, like my driving in GTA.

Well being a Jeep that's what it's trick should be, especially if they run away from you offroad. The techs came out, looked at the car and said "They don't do that." which was really helpful. I asked them how to get into the car and I got "You don't." It took over 1/2 hr of trying to get a bit of wire to hit the central locking button before we got it open. The only other option was to smash in a window which I was about to do. Bloody child snatcher car. On the plus side my car is almost impossible to steal.

Yey for happy endings - that's been a fear of mine for years with my little guy. Think it comes from when I was about 2 or 3 I think my Dad drove to mail a letter. He closed the door and I somehow pressed the central lock button and locked the car from the inside. Dad was furious and shouted at me, I just cried. Mum had to walk to meet us because Dad couldn't figure out how to get me to unlock the car. I mostly remember that story from the countless times mum replayed it at me as I was growing up.

Just a question to fellow Kaidanites, would you be ok with the ending if Kaidan had gone up the beam with Shepard and they had both confronted the catalyst together? Obviously resulting in them both being sacrificed for the greater good but at least they would have each other at the end. Not sure if this discussion has been had before since I'm still relatively new to this thread but it's something I've been thinking about the past couple of days.

better, but there is more wrong with the ending than just no LI closure.

Ello there, dearest ones!

In case some of kaidanites do not brows general forum much - I drag this one here, into our private nook. And I really-really'd love to know is it true or not...

If you have the iPhone app, Kaidan will e-mail Shepard a day or two
after you finish the game. The message says "Hey, Commander. Thought I
might come down to see you today--if they let me. Here’s hoping."
To me, that implies Shepard is in the hospital.

Anyone with the app down here?

Sorry hun, that's a glitch in the system. It's supposed to be the first message that comes through at the beginning of the game. I checked it on my app. Posted Image

Hopes raised justto be crushed.   No iOS here, Android user.

It's true. And yet, if it meant a happy ending with the LI/crew, I would overlook all the stupid. But I wouldn't overlook it for a crappy ending. Kaidan and Shepard both dying in the ending as it is, nope. That'd still be a load of ass.

It's not that the inconsistencies don't bother me, it's more that I don't believe Bioware have the ability to dig themselves out of the hole they've made. If nothing else changed in the EC, if I at least got a reunion with Kaidan, I'd take that and deal with the rest of it. If that doesn't happen, ****** on them.  >:(

Yes be careful with your little guy. At 18 months Sophia couldn't do much more than sit in her carseat and bawl her eyes out. That kind of panic is hard to explain...

But as you said yay for a happy ending and as a bonus the sun has finally shown it's face again so the bike got to come out of the garage and go for a spin! Ah you can't beat a stretch of road where you can just open up the throttle and go for a blast...... erm, within the speed limit at all times of course. Posted Image
