Yes the Liara romance scene in 3 annoys the crap out of me. I had to quit reading Sharrus and Shrios fic because damn... /shudder. Oh well, it is what it is, and just because it isn't what's for me doesn't mean it's not what does it for others.

You don't have to break is heart as long as you go on Garrus' date first.  If you're locked in with Garrus Kaidan just goes on about how he considers you a good friend.  Learned that the hard way.

But see, I want my Shepard to go back to Kaidan, so I'll have to break Garrus heart, and I like him too much to do that. Thus I'll romance Thane. He'll die and everything will be..."fine"...

I have tried to romance both Garrus and Thane, but Garrus just felt wrong and Thane, well I saw the pic turned upside down when Shepard went back to her cabin and immediately reloaded an old save.

I've actually managed to romance all of the ME2 characters for FemShep. Garrus is my second favorite behind Kaidan, but I can't bring myself to import my Jacob save or my Thane save into ME3. Especially knowing how those romances end. :/

I'm playing my Garrus save right now and I'm actually pretty happy with how the romance is going--it's pretty cute--but Kaidan is still my favorite, and I think that's because there's conflict in it. It feels so rewarding to get Kaidan back on your crew and to know that he has your back after the whole Cerberus debacle, especially since he was suspicious of Shepard prior to.

Lol.  I know what you mean.  I have to watch what I read with regard to Garrus fics.  But I can hardly make it through Thane fics at all anymore because they almost always involve tripping balls at some point.

I have to say that I now hate BioWare for their goddamn Liara favouritism and as a result of that I now officially hate Liara...

 
..and they even exclusively allowed her to take off underwear...Though Shep still had his on... 

No, really, consider me what you wish, but I still think ME1 had best cut, it could be half-rendered and short and damn same for both Sheps, but they at least took underwear off! Probably even horizon scene did not break my immersion thar bad as that black bra did...:innocent: Puting it back on, right before falling asleep, in lovers arms, really?

I had one like that the other week, only mixed with an Iain M. Banks novel, I was my femshep, Phoenix was Miranda and we were trying to escape from hell, the entrance/exit of which was a vent...make of that what you will..

Edit: Stupid forum moving too fast, that was addressing the dream discussion in the middle of the page.

My dreams always seem to include random characters/events/settings from my favorite fictional medias. Like last night's, I was driving a silver 2005 Honda Civic with Miranda, Joker, Thor, and a 9 year old Dakota Fanning (not sure why she was there) and we had to set out on a quest to save all the My Little Ponies from that Walker Texas Ranger guy while having a high speed car chase through LA traffic.

I think I was dropped on my head one too many times as a child.


Top?! I don't have any new Kaidan...
