Seconded.  I keep jumping in because I have little regard for appropriate social behavior, but I've been wandering farther afield in the BSN because I feel a lot of times that the thread is being treated like a phone or instant messenger.  I've been here almost as long as lady, and I definitely understand where Enigma's coming from.

However, Enigma, Isaac's a pretty decent guy.  He'll defend his pov, but I've never seen him intentionally insult or attack anyone.  I wouldn't take anything personally.  I'm sure he'll show up sometime soon to tell you the same.  Please continue to join in on any discussion.

Now, for some wild speculation about Kaidan: Think he's an only child?

I like a lively tread, but I'll t try to watch my post count.  I think he had a sister that taught him how to be sensative, you don't usually get that from a only child

I think he's written as one, yeah. He wears his hear ton his sleeve, I think if he had any siblings they would have come up in conversation, especially in ME3 when he mentions his mom and dad and his biotic squad. I imagine if he had any siblings that he would have a pretty weird relationship with them, since he spent his formative years at Jump Zero, and after that went AWOL until he ended up in the military. He wouldn't would barely have had a chance to get to know them before being shifted around.

Oh, see, I think Kaidan's pretty private. I mean, he's very sensitive obviously, but especially in ME1 you had to work to get to know him.

I think Kaidan had a little brother. And I think he died. That's why Kaidan never brings it up. It's also why he seems to have a protective instinct towards his mother, because he doesn't want her to have to suffer any more loss. It's obviously affected him, and it plays in to his reaction to seeing Shepard on Horizon in ME2, after he thought she died at Alchera.

I have a very active imagination.

Edit: Anacruisis - I love Mess Perfect.  It's hilarious.  She did a great job with the first one too, even if there's a little Kaidan bashing in there.  It's a great parody of all of the characters.

I gave up on my insanity run as a vanguard, a month of trying to get past the darn missles in london ended it for me lol... Stupid waves of banshees and stuff heh.
Ive decided to play a regengade shep through now... I am so hoping I dont stuff thigs with the kaidan romance.
Anyone that has played through as renegade - did you pretty much still have to choose the paragony top replies to get the romance moving along?
You'd think after all this time I would not be such a noob... but no...

Im trying infiltrator this time... unless someone can tell me if there is an "easiest" class to do an insanity run on - emphasis on omgisuck.

Haha, indeed, but active imaginations are the best! 

He is private, generally, but I don't see him keeping something like that from Shepard, I guess. Shepard's the one person I like to think that he wouldn't feel like he had to hold back around, after everything they've been through and his confessed, long-standing love.

That being said, I do kind of like the idea of him having a sibling, especially a younger one, but I imagine there being a kind of weird relationship. I think of my relationship with my eldest brother, who had pretty much moved out of home by the time I was five or six, and I mean, we get along fine, I just don't really feel like I know him as well or have as much in common with him as my other, older sisters have have with him. That's the kind of relationship I imagine Kaidan would have with any potential siblings.

I could quite as easily see him being an only child, like maybe his dad freaked out about the biotic thing and didn't want to risk having any more freak children. 


Edit: Oh, finally a ToP post where I'm not just talking about penises or kidnappings!
