I watch to much British Tv and growing up with Doctor Who as well. The words just come out sometimes like bloodily brilliant.

DA Link.  It primarily covers the Genophage Cure (and I hope I did Mordin justice, he's such a wonderful character), but at the end Kaidan and Thane have another, even more interesting conversation (and no, it isn't the last one they will have).

Also, I have given in and joined the Tumblr tidal wave: graceynmotion.tumblr.com/.  As of yet I have done absolutely nothing interesting, and I make no promises, but there ya go .

@leborum: You should join Tumblr, it's a pretty crazy awesome place with tons of Kaidan loving to go around! Not to mention a ton of brilliant writers whose work never sees the light of day on FFN and a lot of nice artwork (although that usually makes it's way over to here, anyways). It may take a little bit to get the hang of, but once you elbow your way in to a community it's pretty fun.
