Well lets compare:

Killing all of the quarians to get Kaidan to help you up from a platform on a geth ship.
vs
Killing all synthetic life, geth included, to be with Kaidan for all eternity.

Yeah, I'd choose the latter in a heartbeat.

I know I was only kidding, though I do dislike the quarians so I honestly wouldn't mind too much.

Btw Kathanya did Kaidan say anything when he rescued you or did he just pull you up?

Yup, he essentially said what Tali usually says... to take his hand before the platform falls. I don't remember exactly but it was short.

As for the Kaidan proposal thing I can't yet envision how exactly how mine would play out but w/e the situation Javik would definitely be standing in the background scowling during the whole process.

I know this is going to get annoying, but we're trying to get as many Kaidan fangirls/guys to participate in this project as we can. It's a binder with all our MIA Shepards being sent to BioWare, basically to show our love of Kaidan Alenko. We'd love to have you if you do remember Just grab it from the squad screen and you'll just "start a conversation" with either Clarissant or Lil One on HTL and pop it in there and just send it. Be sure to include the name of your Shepard. Very easy.

I want to share my headcanon with you guys -- I'd love for Dr. Chakwas to find Shepard in the rubble and she doesn't find just Shepard's heartbeat, she finds another. And then while she's in the hospital recovering, Kaidan proposes to her. Yep, that's my headcanon. But I'm weird 'cause while I think it's adorable the thought of her being pregnant and I love, love, love the idea of Kaidan proposing, I don't actually care for the thought of them having kids. Please don't pitchfork and torch me. It's just my personal thoughts. And I know it makes no sense that I think she's adorable pregnant but will pass on the kids part. I'm a weirdo.

No problem hope you like them.   There are more too, like Peter F Hamilton's "Night's Dawn" trilogy and his "Comonwealth Saga".  

Sorry I'm late to the party.  Commonwealth Saga is one of my favorite series ever, I highly recommend it.  "Night's Dawn" trilogy is also an amazing work, but it requires a serious, serious investment of time - there are many, many words.  I'd say read Pandora Star and Judas Unchained (Commonwealth) first, and if you like Hamilton's writing, then try Night's Dawn.

I'm definitely going to check out the Honorverse though.  I read a tremendous amount of sci-fi and have seen them around, on the shelf, but never taken the plunge.

New thought: Shepard, Kaidan, and Urz running a resort in Mexico for soldiers. Shep trains the staff with ruthless military efficiency amd Kaidan smoothes over the resentment when she dresses down the housekeeping staff for not making the corners on the beds right.

I just picked up On Basilisk Station, the first Honor Harrington novel, at the library this morning. I' always leery of authors who atr so prolific because they often turn formulaic just to keep pumping out the pages but I'll see how it goes.

I killed off the Quarians on my first run because I couldn't pursuade them, and then I chose destroy as that's what Shep is there for so the Geth died anyway. I was awfully surprised when Tali saved me on my second run. I expected Kaidan to do it again.
