The not being separated, yeah, I feel that. Oh my god. It's like "YAY! KAIDAN MY BESTIE/BOYTOY IS BA.... Wut? No! Gimme back.... *sad grabby hands*" I'm going to have to see how fast I can get him back. Apropos of that... Can I save Grissom Academy until I have Kaidan back on the team, or do I kill off Jack and the kids if I don't book it over there?

I just wanted to say that your Shepard is very pretty! And welcome back to you and welcome Klarabella!

yeah it's a little freaky, but I don't think it's oil and stuff. People seem to think everyone got metalized but I don't think that's how the devs want to portray it. But since no one has ever seen a synthetic-organic hybrid either so we gotta stick with the concept. The visual representation is a bit of an add but seems like it's very misleading.

I don't think I'll understand anything the devs wanted to portray at the end of the game. I deicded to cling to that indoctrination theory to make some sense.
I'm more curious at how synthetics became organic-like. EDI didn't physically look very different to me...

Then again, by the end of the game, Saren was pretty much "more machine than man", (heck, his whole part in game 1 pretty much put an emphasis on synthesis ending two games later) but he still definitelty bled turian blood. Still different, but... Closest example I can think of.

What does everyone think Kaidan would have thought of picking synthesis?

This is totally off topic and a completely random thought I had while drinking my coffee.  Once in ME1 I was driving around on some planet and I had Garrus with me in the Mako and I ran over some creature that was on the planet and sent it flying into the air and Garrus says " I guess the little beastie had it coming."  I don't think I ever laughed so hard.  Don't know why it struck me so funny, but it did.  Kaidan probably would not like me running over helpless animals

Don't ask me, my head-canon ending is Destroy.   Shepard lives, his LI (Kaidan usually... unless it's Steve) finds Shepard in the rubble and gets him medical help.   Shep wakes up days later and once recovered helps rebuild Earth.  Kaidan and Shep open a orphanage with Kaidan's mother.  

If someone prefers Control or Synthesis I won't get in their face about it but neither one is for me.

My take is that he would have been unhappy with the idea that Shepard died for THAT choice.

If he was in Shepard's place, I'm pretty sure he'd have called starchild on its bull**** because that was not what they were all fighting for. They were trying to stop the Reapers for once and all.

I'm against synthesis because not everyone in the universe would want to be an organic/synthetic hybrid and taking away their choice is sort of poopy. I'd like to believe Kaidan feels the same, but I'm sure others feel differently. 


I'm also a "Destroy" girl, although I'm not shouting it from the rooftops. I didn't go through three games to deus ex machina my way through the ending.

Not amping it up enough if you ask me. Liara's final romance scene, yanno the one where she is naked, she actually has a biotic glow througout the lovemaking/foreplay/whatever they are doing. Makes sense because Liara is a biotic. What about Kaidan, Miranda, or Shepard (if he/she is a biotic)? A minor nuisance perhaps, but it would have been such a nice touch if they included it. I can't be the only one who wanted to see Kaidan rolling around with Shepard all glowy and blue, right?!

My Shepards are either Adept or Sentinel so HELL YEAH I'd have loved to see Shepard and Kaidan all glowy and blue...

Kaidan had a pretty darn good romance arc I felt.  But I have watched Liaras romance and yeah...I feel like she got way more love and attention to hers.

As for the biotic glow, my main Shepard is a vanguard.  Two biotics with the glow....heck yeah!  DO WANT.

I still can't wrap my head around how Destroy is the "Renegade" ending, like we've been trying to stop the Reapers from killing us all for three games, but destroying them so they can never reap again is renegade? The heck? When people were constantly screaming about not having "Paragon = win" for the third game, I don't think this was exactly what they had in mind.

Noooo, what happened to me brown eyed biotic sex god!?  I can handle the blue eyes b/c he can always turn them on and off.  I hope they still have contact lenses on that jungle planet.

Thanks for the images of synthed Kaidan. I did it just to see how the endind differed and got annoyed there was no real close up of him with sparkly green

Mordins take on the collectors and their once being protheans with everything being replaced with tech.  I think the first bit is 47 secs in and the next bit around 1:40.  .  That partially helped with my decision.  If that is the "final" step in evolution, wouldn't society just stagnate then?

I didn't feel that destroy was renegade, that's just my opinion.  I think bioware mixed up the pretty colors.
