Garrus is definitely worth a Shep! In what I believe to be the ultimate example of delayed gratification, I played my first tester Shep as a Garrusmance. Man, that playthrough took forever. And then the ending happened and I never wanted to play again, but I couldn't miss the Kaidan romance. So that Shepard is hanging out in London until the EC. Like many have said before, it just seemed cruel to make Kaidan lose Shepard again.

@txmn - That comic is hilarious. I love Poorly Drawn ME. I'm gonna go have to search for more now.

A s/s romance with Garrus was too much to hope for I guess.  That's what fanfic is for I suppose.  There is a disturbing yet insanely awesome fic out there with Mshep, Kaidan, and Garrus.  Oh the insanity! My brain nearly exploded.  Just goes to show that Masskink encourages the best (and worst) ideas.

Yes, Thane not being a s/s romance option was beyond tragic. Tali too. If she had been available my femshep would have been all over that.

Luckily I got this (also known as marine motor-boating) and all was forgiven.

Was doing my Renegon Liara-mancer playthrough yesterday. The confrontation during the coup is so much better if you have told Kaidan off a couple of times. Went for the Renegade persuasion check and thought "Yup, screwed myself out of the Kaidan-mans for sure this time."

Then he asked me out to dinner, went there before Liara's date thinking I'll get friendzoned and then seek comfort in the arms of my blue maiden, when all of the sudden

I'm glad he survived as well. Happy, actually. Whatever was done - was done for him, no matter how unprofessional it may sound. But if he survives - show me him on Shep's funeral (or whatever symbolic happens), if he didn't - show me our two signed coffins among others. And someone who survived to remember both (Joker? Hackett? Vega? Miranda? Jack? Conrad Verner?) nearby. If I survived, and he did not make it...nah, can not happen, as dumb metagaming guidebooks require higher EMS for Shep to live then for the rest of the crew.

But don't show me that in a minute I'm dead\\barely alive they make a happy crashlanding in a Jungle!..

I reached pre-cerberus yesterday, and I have little will to go on from there. Even though I know that before final **** starts, I'll have my.."quick drink", you know.

Only pro- argument is that I slightly feel like refreshing current state of endig in my head, just to make sure I'll tell the difference after EC hits. On the other hand - it all will be YTed and compared within first hours, so I might just play and read (or even read and then play)...*sigh* Like Lt.Cmdr. Shepard said - "I....don't know". :'(
