Can't find a full female one..

I feel like this is a ME1 mod save to ME3... There's dialogue missing from video's I've seen similiar that have been modded, but certain things like the beginning with them smiling at each other, and the citadel scene where he's staring at Kaidan butt (no complaints there) didn't happen with my mShep run through. Unless this is from NG+?

the staring at Kaidan's butt is the only modded scene in there.

Hmm. I don't remember some of these in my playthrough, if it's from a NG+ than I definately have to check it out.

If Kaidan and Shep had a kid, I'm sure they'd name him/her "Ashley."  Or if you don't like the monogender name route, "Ashley" for a girl, "William" for a boy.  Kaidan obviously was affected by what happened on Virmire, but I don't think Ash talks about it much in ME3.  Surnames, not so sure....

no chance... a ME3 NG+ is just a normal ME3 new game but your levels and weapon upgrade are kept

2. Kaidan = Kaidan lives

In ME2 I think they asked who you saved for a non-import. I'd like the extra dialogue, but I think I'll be okay with a import Shep.

In ME2 I think they asked who you saved for a non-import. I'd like the extra dialogue, but I think I'll be okay with a import Shep.

ME2 they did ask if you had downloading the Genesis DLC which allows you to make your choices.
ME3 has no such DLC..

I just started a new save (since my sis insisted on making a MShep this time) and the options determines who dies:
1. Numerous = Opposite gender to shepard gets virmired (Male means Kaidan dies)
2. Kaidan = Kaidan dies
3. Ashley = Ashley dies

I've always thought that was awkward. I wouldn't give my kid the name of the person I chose to leave behind to save their dad. For me at least. Don't want to bring anybody down. I've just always found it awkward  Same with Anderson actually. I'd rather give a kid his or her own name so they're not under the weight of someone else's. I might go with it as middle name though.

As for last names, my Shepard takes Alenko to hopefully make it a little easier to get away from the media.
