@AndreasShepard, ahah, thanks, it's nice of you to say so. But you know, I should have seen this coming, what with my poor lonesome faithful FemShep being all of the sudden declared to by her little sister Tali, potentially doing acrobatics with her buddy Garrus, unintentionally hitting on MC Jacob, sexually hinted by dying Thane, trapped at sex chess by Traynor, ah almost forgot kinky Chambers who did make it to the memorial... I could live with all that sexual awkwardness in the gameplay, but Kaidan's "coming out" was just the coup fatal  - ah also, i feel it's always weird how "maleable" he is in ME1, cause you can so easily "turn him" renegade.
Actually, the only character I thought the flirting didn't feel awkward with is James, and he's not an option...

Personally I don't like the idea that non-player characters can be easily changed depending on Shep gender (like femshep gets "straight" version of Kaidan, while broshep - uhm..not straight).

So, my femshep is fine about the fact that during those two years he had tried some..different options, s\\s including. Not that she was not surprised (a little), but well - worse things could happen....He always cared for her, even when if it had little sense, and she was "officially dead".. And they are together now.

After EC I may finaly say that they will be fine, even if I'm not playing. Which is important for me, I can never leave my characters in the middle of nowhere.

Oh I'm not headcanoning, that's precisely the problem! I'd rather Bioware shipped ME1 with Alenko being an option for both genders straight from the beginning, that's all. It's just another thing (but obviously the most critical one ) among the many I am so bitter about in the franchise.
EDIT: And i agree too, I don't like when NPCs are so "shifting", I think YOUR character should be the only element you can act about and have it like you want it to be.

...I've read that before (or am reading it since it's a WIP) and jesus what a ****ing tear jerker.  Not sure how it's going to end, but here's hoping it doesn't totally rip my heart out.
