Hey everyone! I've been wondering something, in all my playthroughs I always choose Destroy, in some Kaidan died at the beam and Shepard in the explosion, and in the others both lived depending on EMS.
Does anyone know if it's possible with Destroy (and the new EMS needed level) to get the memorial scene with Shepard dead, and Kaidan putting the plaque on the wall? I really dislike the other two options, but I'd like this to be the endong for my "Sacrifice for the greater good" m!Shep.

Sad endings are so cliche in S/S romances..

Thanks for the reply Doodle. Yep, I've tried with this Shepard who died pre-CE leaving Kaidan alive, but now he lives as well. I'll try with those values and see what happens.

Out of curiosity, If Kaidan ended up with anyone in the Squad, in a similar style to Tali and Garrus hooking up if you didn't romance either, who would he end up with?

I think he's like Liara in the way that no matter who Shepard romances, he'll always love them from afar.

Yeah, I get pissed at that... and she has to be a bi interest too. When I first played ME1, I thought being a girl would discourage her. Alias, my hopes were dashed.

When I first played Mass Effect, I ended up romancing her because I combined my interest in the asari culture with interest in her (And Ashley died on Virmire). Once I saw her in Mass Effect 2, I found her to be...bland, for lack of a better word and to not go into detail.

Reason I hate her is that she keeps making passes at me even though I told her no at the very beginning of ME3 (and Lair of the Shadow Broker) and she's replaced me LI TWICE in the endings. First it was invading my final thoughts and then it was placing my name on the wall, which belongs to my LI or at least my Bros.

My memory is really bad nowadays (I blame all the studying).. but I thought we couldn't have Kaidan in my squad (after all the goodbyes) before the EC...?

You could have Kaidan in your squad pre EC.    Maybe youtube, I could never bring myself to kill Kaidan.
