Shepard: Hold on! This could get interesting!
Kaidan: Define 'interesting'!
Shepard: 'Oh, God. Oh God, we're going to die'!
Kaidan: Why in hell do I even let you drive?!
Shepard: 'Cause I'm so damned pretty!
Kaidan: How does that even make sense?!!
how is this even possible? Hax?!?
By future dlc he explicitly said even though he is already romanced by fem shep she might not get any new content with him, only male shep will, this will mean less work for Bioware when making romance content only for male shep.
at the risk of letting the femshep
Kadian army rise again and thus squash poor little me under their heels (pun intended)
May I present the following POV;
How many S/S romance options are there for femshep in ME1(1-Liara), ME2(3, Samara,Kelly, Monrith) and ME3(FOUR- Samantha,Kelly,Liara, Diana)?
How many S/S romance options are there for maleshep in ME1- 0, ME2? Zero, ME3? Two.. Kaidan, and Cortez, if I have to explain that due to said Kaidan relations there's acutally only ONE choice, you should find a different thread.
I don't really think exclusive content like this would happen. Might as well be asking for different endings, and clearly they've made dialog built for both fem and male shep work in the past.
However, purely from the perspective that there litertally is just not a lot of Mshep S/S content in the entire trilogy, that said players who didn't have an avenue before where they do suddenly now (and with a super-sexy main character) yes, this rumor has some logic to it. Bioware for whatever reason decided that a sci-fi Male lead couldn't be gay, up until the last part of the of the trilogy, which is odd considering Bioware's long history of openly embrasing such. It's kind of why I like them as a developer, and I know there have been 1-2 articles from certian review sites on the issue.
Please don't kill me <3
Actually, though I tend to consider them myself as s/s, Liara in ME1 was not considered as a lesbian romance but as a xenophile one. Same for Samara/Morinth. But I agree with you on that point.
Kelly and Diana ? Come on, there are not real romance. And I didn't even know FemShep could hit on Diana. I never romanced Kelly myself but all the FemShep I know who did - did it for Kelly to manage their fish tank (I prefered to check on them myself or let them die, no way I'd hit on Kelly - not after hearing Mordin's suspicions anyway

)
The only real female s/s romance is Traynor. She's the only human lesbian character.
I am happy for gay BroShep, but I was rather surprised when I discovered Kaidan could be romanced by BroShep... I was a little disapointed... because AGAIN a male character changes his sexuality based on the gender of the player (like Anders in DA2 which annoyed me a lot).
Kaidan appears as straight in ME1 : his story with Rhanna in BaAT, his comments on Chora's Den, the compliments to FemShep... In his apology for Horizon, he says that he was seeing a doctor.... (hmm okay, the gender of the doctor is not given in english, but I think in french it was - though it could be an interpretation from the (crappy) french dub team).
And then, bam ! ME3, he turns out to be bi (for MShep - he is straight for FemShep).
If at least, it had been implied in ME1 that he was, I would have no problem with it. And I don't know... I felt like "yeah, he's sensitive, posed, (and he does have a nice firm ass), let's make him gay"... just too cliché <_<
So I prefer to see him as not gay : just in love with Shep, whatever the gender. A bit like Garrus when he says : "I'm not into humans. Just you."
I feel like it's more like his character (and I like to imagine BroShep going jealous when Kaidan peers at Miranda's ass or Jack's breast

)
In reguards of the troll, it's not even a rumor... just a post here on the Kaidan thread... IT'S A TRAP.
Edit : And then, why can't Ash turn bi as well ? My characters are usually always straight but maybe I would have tried a s/s romance with Ash if she was.
