Kotor is a great game, outdated graphics, but still great... you should get it now!!

Kotor II was half done and bugged as hell, don't play it without the restoration path made by the fans, or don't play it all... poor Carth...

So can anyone vouch for Knights of the Old Republic? I need a new game to play and anything where I can romance Raphael Sbarge seems like a winner but I thought I'd ask first.

I tracked down a copy for xbox on amazon a few months ago.  I've been playing it off and on.  It's a pretty good game.  A little clunky cause it's almost 10 years old, but I've been enjoying it.  And I'm totally getting it on with Carth.

By the way, I totally don't get the Kaidan-is-a-Carth clone complaint.  Sure it's the same VA, but the character's backstory makes me think of Thane.

I think you guys have convinced me. Have to order it online but I'm guessing it'll be well worth the wait. The things I do to hear Raphael Sbarge's voice say romantic things to me.

Bioware was the one that acutally suggested Lucas let Obsidian have it as they were busy with Jade Empire and other titles.

so i basicly got 14k credits for new dlc...



another game currently has my intrest...

I just broke the million credit mark tonight.  First time I've ever reached that milestone.  Usually I just spend credits the second I get enough for a premium spectre pack.

i've never broke the 150k mark....

i'm always tempted to spend it as soon as i get it.

edit: wait, nevermind, i saved up 300k for last dlc...

but other then that, never passed the 150k mark

Congratz! I'm still throwing moneyz @ recruit Packs. I'm OCD about having everything maxed out, and I'm assuming you should work your way up the tiers until you don't have a chance at dumping 20-60K and ending up with a Katana +1 instead of something acutally useful.

Hm. So I just played through the fight at Chora's Den and I encountered a Kaidan moment I had never gotten before. The place is totally empty and Kaidan says something like, "I wonder where all the dancers went." *facepalm* Oh Kaidan.



Maybe he's one of those people that does pole dancing as part of their work out regimine and just wanted to know where they were so he could get a few tips.

ME1 Kaidan is hilarious.  Especially in Chora's Den.  "You don't think they're here for the food?"  I get that ME3 was much more serious with the Reaper threat and all, but I miss some of those silly moments.  Of course there's always Joker and Garrus to lighten the mood.
