I have to admit I thought Mark Meer did some of his best VA work on the Citadel date. That line, "...it does. It does feel right. After all this time." Seriously made my heart do all sorts of fluttery things.

What I liked about the "You and me" line was that my Shep was finally allowing himself to let Kaidan know how he felt about him, but yeah, the ILY's at the evac scene were amazing. BUT WHY DID THAT HAVE TO HAPPEN SO CLOSE TO THE END OF THE GAME? WAAAAAAAH!!

Looks to me like you've got just about everything.

Looks like a complete list to me Venture. The only thing I can think of is Kaidain wiping his head in ME1 (when you go talk to him) and at the very start of ME1 when he's the co-pilot. I love that scene, I know it's not a Shepard moment...

Also, after the Beacon, when Shepard wakes up in the sick bay with Chakwas and Kaidan's there to check on Shep and gives that adorable half smile. You can get that with modded mShep, right?

Fact. Alcohol disinhibits your trigger finger, making you instantly awesome at killing stuff. Drunk vanguarding should be an olympic sport. Of course after 3 or 4 beers, I occaisonally knock the difficulty down a level.

Not just you. I was getting my ass kicked on Silver last night. And I swear I only had one drink and it was with dinner - I'm not always a lush. The pyros are vicious right now and I swear there were extra Primes. Against the Reapers I rezzed myself and before I could stand up and regain control of my character a Banshee warped in and skewered me. Great use of a medigel.

Also, mad at the store (I'm sure at least some of you remember my 3 month campaign to snag HoneyBadger the Turian Sentinel. Really? 3 months for a lousy uncommon?). I only got the N7 Destroyer - and I don't know if I like it. The shoulder cannon confuses me - it just goes off randomly, and I don't understand the devestator mode screen - I keep looking at the PIP on the bottom and things sneak up on me. The multi frag grenade though... That thing is awesome! I need to upgrade my capacity. I want a Fury. And a Paladin. Actually, I want all of them. Guess I'd better get back to it.

I KNOW! UGH. I wanted to feel something so baddly when Shepard said that, but them being in a relationship prior just ruined it for me. All I could muster was 'wtf is this ****? What was mars and the hospital about then? GTFO'


Also.. as I stated previously, Kaidan says 'the person he's loved' on Mars with the flag

Yes. that too, I almost forgot about that one. Oh! and don't forget about the love-triangle You can create with Liara, that one's fully explorable with moded Mshep as well.

Basicly it has everything that the regular femshep has. Just none of the payoff *sigh*

I always choose Kaidan to go to the bomb. Just seems more natural. He's tech, Ashley's a soldier. For me, it makes more sense to go save Kaidan since I wanted to make sure that bomb went off.  The only thing I'd change if I were romancing Ashley would be to save the team. I think it fits her character to be with the salarians. I never saw her as racist. She's fine working with them and I think it's great for her character/story.

I feel ya there. I know it's a rare, but I actually just unlocked the salarian infiltrator yesterday. I've been playing since day one and getting nothing but premium spectre packs since they came out. I did manage to snag the two classes I wanted right from the start with the Earth DLC though.

it took me until the rebellion DLC to actually unlock something-other-than-a-human-solider...

and before Earth dlc i unlocked all apart vorcha sent and phoenix vanguard...

As for Gold runs it helps to have a good team, stick together, make sure your team has complementary skills, read guides people make for gold level characters, and practice. It also helps to have good gear tho i play w/ a guy who's so good his score is always double everyone else's when he uses his Avenger X ....damn him.... I also have another friend (while a little bossy) gives great advice and playing w/ him has improved my skills a lot. I'm not good enough to solo so if I'm not w/ a good team I tend to die a whole lot.
I joined Legion Effect and there are lots of players there who will help you.

And I do think the gold and silver levels have increased in difficulty.  At first I thought it was bc of new guns/character/maps  but went back to my standby top scoring characters and had a rough time.

Back to Kaiden....haven't been able to bring myself to play extended cut yet. Have gone back to me1 to spend some time w/ my love...

I never saw her as racist. She's fine working with them and I think it's great for her character/story.

I never really thought the Race card worked. Raceism implies preference based on seemingly unimportant characteristics such as skin color or nationality and or stereotyping based on those characteristics. What's happening in ME is she shows favortisim over her own species and their interests. Primates are very close to humans, they're very intelegent and so on, but if came right down to it, most people are going to look out for human interests prior to chimp interests. That's more like xenophobia than racism, and in that respect she has a resonable point, humanity simply hasen't been in contact with these aliens that long, infact when they first met them they tried to kill them. 

I know for a fact if the sharks started talking that I wouldn't be very inclined to trust them or look out for their own interests right away.

One of my team members only uses his Avenger X as well. He's almost always on top too. I asked him about it and he says he just never changed it. He doesn't even use the gun.

What worked best for us when learning gold was just using classes we liked. We use guides for help with maps and general tactics. We found it best to just have fun. If you like what you're playing then you'll want to play more and you'll get better. That's my experience at least.

lol i didn't say a word  i'm the one who played drunken silver all sat before last and gold this past ( though with not as glorius results lol...stupid cheapingwarpyshrivelheifers.  I too feel the need to collect them all, though the store apparently thinks it know's best...buggering store<_<  and buggering quote fail:?

Agree 100%, I'm finished playing MP for anything other than drinking and shooting things with friends while intoxicated, 19 PSPs and still no new characters.

Drinking is vital for vanguarding. My problem is if I've had a few....I get missile happy and then I don't have any for the harder waves. After a few i get a little too confident then I start to think my kroguard can mow down those 2 primes surrounded by pyros....and i am sooo wrong.

The store is funny. I couldn't unlock the phoenix adept no matter how many PSP and SP packs I bought. A week ago I bought a veteran pack and there he was.....grumble....
I was careful and made sure the DLC was installed before buying this time (i downloaded it started the game and it wasn't working yet....had to restart computer to get it to work).

If you can kick butt on silver you can on gold too. Weird thing is I die more on silver than gold these days.

The Kadanites MP group seemed to have dissapated but there are still a few Kadanites kicking butt on gold so maybe we should make an I love Kaiden Gold/Platinum MP group

I don't like infiltrators but i loooooove the Shadow.  I love the  Slayer  but so far I get myself killed a bit too often on silver to take him and his cool coat onto gold.

  Problem in Gold rounds is people either run off to different parts of the map and then die or rush in and die trying to save a downed team mate and then you get the dead pile up. All biotics is super fun!

It seems like the best games are when people just gel, or are used to playing together, or someone takes the lead and makes (good) decisions.   e.g.  lets move away from here becasue we are all dying and go somewhere else/coordintates whose using missles/ who is going after objectives/ reminding people to notify team mates if they are unable to hold a choke points and so on.
  Theres a lot of stuff you can do and get away with on silver and bronze that won't work on gold.  I think a lot of it  is learning from mistakes and figuring out what works and what doesn't .

Friend me over origin and I'll get some friends together and we'll play gold if you're on PC.

Omigod you guys, Platinum is super hard. I suck at gold already, but platinum is a new world of pain. Made it to level six and I'm super proud of myself. And by "myself," I actually mean "my teammates."

Okay, I'll stop talking about MP and only talk about Kaidan from now on.
Actually the new N7 Engie (demolisher?) has armor that kinda looks like my favorite Kaidan armor.
