Oh man, I really would have been happier with an option to talk about the letter. Not that my Shepard had any problem with him moving on with the doctor, but acknowledging it at all would have been more depth than just more trust issues left over from Horizon.

And I HATE the fact that he uses the word "cheat", even though my Shepards never romanced anyone in ME2 -- that was a term that I heard Casey Hudson use during ME3's marketing. BLEH. Shepard and Kaidan broke up as of Horizon, and they have the choice of renewing the relationship in ME3. At least, that's how I always saw it.

How can Kaidan say "cheat" while you didn't romance anyone from ME2?? Are you talking about some hospital dialogue?
Yeah... I was so disappointed by those hospital dialogues. But I guess they had to make them "neutral" to match any type of relationships.

So glad I'm replaying ME1, playing through as a Renagon / bad boy attitude with a soft spot for team mates and paragon choices(inspiration from 1th street reds, and I'm pretending to show off for Kaidan....)  when it counts is SO much more fun than just paragon everything.

Also have newfound respect for udina, he called the council on their bull**** XD

Late to the party, woot Graceyn chapter! (also I think there's a new Manipulations chapter to read!) And I catch up on some entertaining debate, oh and I would very definitely buy those magazines! Nice work Though while I think Kaidan would be a little awkward about having to be on them, I could see how in a post-ME universe where everyone lives he would get some requests for morale boosting PR from the brass to cheer people up...

I have a pet peeve for when female sports stars feel they have to show that yes, they're women too! put on fancy dress, strappy sandals, look awkward on photoshoot... I guess Kaidan would feel similarly, but he's awesome. I'll take facemodel, pixels, Raphael (oh I am really struggling minutes in to KotOR hearing his voice already turning my knees a bit wibbly, damn it's so good)....

But everyone just please stop. Stop everything - halt, breaks, big red stop light! What's with this "If you found Han Solo sexy" malarky - I'm sorry, kids, Han Solo IS sexy, there's no "if" - and I don't even care if I was born one year before Star Wars came out, he's sexy, no two ways about it.

Han Solo/Harrison Ford IS sexy.  I was 9 when Star Wars came out and I saw it a billion times and I have a life size Han Solo cut out in my living room.

No, if's, ands or buts.  He is even sexy at 70.  I'm hopeless.

I may be going out on a limb here, but I think the trouble with Luciano is that he is so close but there's something off. It's sort of like the whole "uncanny valley" effect. Something is so close to the real thing but not quite so it bothers you. And then Luciano's face gets stuck in your head. It is annoying when you're trying to picture Kaidan from in game and you can only get Luciano.

Some people like him better or are happier there's a real guy with his face. Personal preference. No biggie.

I totally get what you're saying, but technically, isn't Luciano is the "real" thing since he's the real-life face of Kaidan? lol.

Anyway, I just noticed this, the first page of this thread needs to be updated to specify that we've finally found Kaidan's face model!

It's just great that we've finally found out who he is after so many years of wondering. I don't understand why it seems like we're the only character fanbase in Mass Effect that has an issue about knowing who their favorite character's face model is, but just let me have my moment and enjoy all these Costalenko gifs and mag covers, please.

Oh, and update on that video I'm making: THIS IS SO HARD! I'm trying to keep it under 5 minutes but there's so many Shepard/Kaidan moments in the game and it's hard trying to choose just the best moments. I'm aiming to finish this video before I start my last semester of college in the fall.

Manipulations is one of the few fic I've read, I should definitely catch up, see what people are writing now that it's "over"! I think the last chapter I read must have been chapter 69.

Han Solo and Indy were just the sexiest characters ever, but I never drooled over Harrison Ford.
