Interesting. So, we have two ME3 moments, when sheploo is crying out loud, and femshep - not. Did they mean that sheploo is more emotional (about his possible LIs)?

In my personal opinion, (ymmv) femshep just has a cooler head in those situations. Except with things that make her angry. She can't handle anger/frustration. Just what I've noticed after playing the two of them. Maybe it's totally the voice actor? Can they ad lib scenes at all?

In other news, my "cheating" Shep can't seem to cheat on Kaidan...(reminds me of that supposed Ash playthrough)

On the second Kaidan hospital visit, he says that the future flashed in front of his eyes on Mars. But on the date he says the past? What's up with you, Kaidan?

Future flash = Don't know

Past = Shepard... saw you.... alot... heart was pounding.... picturing you naked... i want some of that (romance)

Past = I like you (friend)

On another note, I just realized that with my mShep (imported if that counts) as he carries the injured Kaidan on Mars he goes in hysterics: "Kaidan! Kaidan!" while my fSheps were all quietly concentrating on lifting him. I didn't notice that difference until now~ And it's been a while since I played my Sheploo again (seeing Sheploo in action again rekindles the hots I have for him haha)

the dr Eva part on mars, the med bay scene and the conversation with Liara right after are probably some of the best parts of the romance for me.. which is funny since you're not even locked in yet (and thus is simply left to interpretation) I always canon shepard thinking 'Ok Kaidan, now I know how you felt 2 years ago, you win'.


playing through Me1/ME2 I realized that a lot of Bw dialog and scene manipulation is left to open interpretation this way
 or maybe it's because they originally had this romance in mind and simply didn't turn it on.

Well, i don't know how much of a Kaidanite you are at that point, from only meeting him in ME2/ME3, it'll be interesting to have your input! Also, it's nice you're fine with the unmodded mShep playthrough, it would be a pity to not be able to appreciate the game because of that!

I like Kaidan, but I'm not into the series just to romance him. I mean I would romance him if it were possible without mods, but it not being possible wont stop me from playing and enjoying a game series I love.
What I like about these games are the story and the characters. I'm going to miss the ME2 crew members (I know Garrus and Tali will be there, but they never have been my favourites to be honest).

I will give you the updates about my playthrough and mi thoughts about Kaidan. I'm still in Eden Prime, I haven't play so much. But so far I know that  Kaidan keep smelling like smog and death, and It's me or Kaidan and Joker dont get on well? From what I've seen at the beginning of ME1 and in ME3 (Joker being mad because Kaidan had a gun pointing at Shep) it seems there's some tension in the air...despite Joker ask Kaidan some poker advice later...
