@KarissaEB that's the only time my paragons choose the renegade line on Kaidan during ME1  Also, I'm liking that doctor image of yours (Kaidan in a coat please ) and I'd imagine he'd be really sweet, empathic, yet professional (until patient!Shepard comes along--yikes, this has now been an alternate universe in my head). 


Kaidan: (intense stare) No on the musical please <_<

But i always get that! Is my Shep... renegade without me knowing??
And then Shep says "Kaidan, I don't think i ever had the pleasure of you serving under me...", i love how he says "ouch, i walked right into that, didn't i?"

The line is not for renegade Shepards only, it's picking the bottom-most part of the dialogue wheel (which is usually the "renegade" choice). My paragon Shepards pick this line all the time because it's more feisty

I don't remember what triggers that from Shep. Kaidan says "at last, a reason to look for physical exercise" or something of the kind... I thought it was surprising from him, but i loved it ;P

Man I gotta romance Ash in ME1.  I've never gotten past the tinfoil skirt line.  But then again, I only have one BroShep, and for some reason, Ash would not join me in a three-way with Liara no matter how hard I tried.

And it's a quiet neighborhood bar, a hole in the wall.  Not a crazy Afterlife/Purgatory type club.
Edit:  Maybe only karaoke on Thursday nights...

@leborum I could only imagine what an actual drunken Hanar sounds like . And Ashley is fun to romance! My M!Shep did, until Virmire where he bailed and ran back for Kaidan--most heartbreaking thing ever. My M!Shep actually went through killing Kaidan, getting the locker scene and the romance culmination cutscene, but during Ilos I missed Kaidan a lot. I then fired up a save for Virmire and did the mission all over again just to save him :crying: 


I still love you Ash; it was a hard choice :crying:

And poor renegade Kaidan - it's funny watching those clips, I personally prefer Paragon Kaidan, but I love that line about serving under Shep

oh if I had the time I'd be tinkering with words and my keyboard right now instead of prepping for yet another meeting... in the meantime, I shall put this out there:


Shepard briefing her squad of Kaidan and Jenkins, before their first mission... opening tune would be something like:

"Have you heard?" (K&J: heard what?)
"There are Geth on Eden Prime!" (Geth? are you kidding me?)
"We'd better get there fast, 'cos lives are on the line!" (hell yes! / Yes ma'am / Yes sir!)
"We gotta play nice with the Turian, he's the Spectre coming on our mission"
"Anderson seems to think he's an ok guy" (what seriously? / sure if you say so...)

they run off to pull on their armor, throwing guns to each other in time with a nice beat
quick tapdance then they're standing there as the doors open... Anderson stands next to them

"Are you ready?" (yes sir!)
"Then get out there, and see what you can find" (you got it!)
"And watch Nihlus, he's a good guy on our side" (yes sir!)
"If there's really Geth you better take care"
"We're beyond the vale, so why are there here?"
"Good luck Commander, I trust you'll do us proud!" (and they leap off onto the planet's surface and the mission begins...)

Full Biotic Kicks would probably make you feel MP almighty. Sometimes you're actually are! Other times... just this dead weight everybody keeps reviving
