3. He is (initially) not hostile towards you and interested in talking and listening. But for obvious reasons he does not recognize Shepard in you. He knows nothing about BW, EA and ME videogames.

4. You have 2 hours limit. But no limit in your actions, questions or topics.  


Short answer: Slip him some roofies and have my way with him for two hours.  :D

Serious:  Since he doesn't know me as Shepard, we'd have to talk. I'd have to prove I'm the Shepard he knows by recalling events that only him and Shepard knows.

Or do you mean this as some very hypothetical setting, some kind of out-of-space-and-time bubble?

Was this meeting planned? Or just happened randomly?

What is this? Actual Kaidan discussion? Color me surprised and happy!

Okay, I get to pick the location: Beach.  Cause I LOVE the beach.

I would talk to him about the beach to find out if he loves it like I do and if so why.  I would hopefully find out about his biotics and be able to talk about that with him.  I would want to know what his hobbies are and why he enjoys them. Have to talk about childhood and growing up, because everyone has great childhood stories! Also have to find out about likes/dislikes.

Hopefully at the end of the 2 hours he would fall madly in love with me and never leave my side! Haha, a girl can dream, right? :P

It IS buggy as hell, at least on Mars, where James is "required" in your squad for part and Liara is "required" in your squad for part.  Both Kaidan and Ashley delivered some of James lines (in his voice).  Interestingly, Ashley took the elevator scene ("I need a straight answer"), and it was friendship dialogue.

It totally skipped the cutscenes that would be with Liara - but if you reload the AutoSave at the start of a cutscene, it kicks Ashley out for Liara.  I actually ran most of Mars with Liara, because I didn't want to bug out the Kaidan romance scenes :innocent:.

Post-Mars/Citadel, Ashley isn't on the ship, and I can't seem to get it to put her there, though I suspect I will be able to substitute her into the squad on the ground on Menae.  I'm curious if I will be able to put her on the ship with Kaidan post-Coup.

I started the game with both Kaidan and Ashley flagged as having survived Virmire, but got Kaidan in Alliance HQ and on the Normandy rescue, with no glitches in dialogue; obviously I also got Kaidan at the hospital.  So I think the game gives primacy to a romanced NPC (good!), the elevator scene notwithstanding.

I'll keep reporting my findings as I play more!

Our world, but if you wish so - you may pick some "out-of-space-and-time-bubble" and arrange it any way you like, yes. Or pick any real existing place.

You know it will happen, but he - does not. So it's a bit like "planned" for you and random for him. 


I'll keep reporting my findings as I play more!

Interesting will you be able to get both his and her cuts...and also - Coup. Elevator scene and Udina...who does what? 8P But something tells me that if you had Kaidan in hospital - he's one to become a Spectre...Also - listen to news - it will be interesting to hear whom game consideres a hero and second human spectre..

It's my Kaidan from my ME Universe... so yeah, I'm 100% accurate. I wouldn't want to talk to your Kaidan from your ME universe, I want my Kaidan.  :happy:  

I'm not sure what you're looking for with your TRON type question.

@Nrieh > well, 2 hours, that's really short. Not sure i'd want to meet K in that case, especially if he's in mutual love with Shep. But i couldn't probably resist the opportunity if presented.

I'd put this on some "neutral" physical ground > the bubble thing, out of space and time, so nobody from either universe would be there. Some place peaceful and easy.
Probably, i would be eager to experience all the things available to my senses that would make him "real", as far as meeting a person in RL allows you to, i think i'd like to know his scent.
Next, introduce myself, not litterally as Shepard in disguise, but as someone who knows him very well > see how he reacts, then talk about biotics and so on, I think i'd try as much as possible to be easy on him, not to mess with his brain.
Since that would be already 1h45, it'd be time for ultimate goodbyes, and i would probably leave him some kind of keepsake, and promess to be some kind of guardian angel for him.
