Okeeey. I just did DA2. Or it did me. Or someone did something. I dunnow...yet. Which means...I held my promise and now I'm officially ME- avalible...It's just I need some time to process what do I feel about what just happened and how to deal with it.

And you know what?..I did not really understand why people hate this game so much. Which means my main mission objective is failed. But I hate it much less than ME3 - for example. And yeah I know it's wrong forum to say this stuff, but it was some of you (kaidanites) who made me buy it at origin store sale. So - just sharing. And heading to proper forum thread. And then - to bed.

So...sweet Kaidan dreams for those who need it.

I rather enjoyed DA2 nice to see someone else who didn't hate it  Not sure what everyone else things of it but yeah nice to see!

I enjoyed DA2 as well. Granted, it wasn't as 'epic' as DA:O and some parts of the main quest's storyline had you going 'whaaat?' (coughcoughOrsino'stransformationifyousidedwiththemagescoughcough) but what it lacked in spectacle it made up in party banter and moral dilemmas - some of the choices you had to make were really tough! Also, sarcastic/snarky male Hawke was an added treat!

So what will DA3 bring? Unknown at this time. My guess is that Orlais will play a major part. And while all I ask is for Knight-Captain Cullen to be romanceable by both male and female main characters/Grey Wardens/Hawkes, I'll probably concede that a m/m relationship with him will fall into the 'not bloody likely' category since he is, after all, a Templar.

But as this is the Kaidan thread, let's get it back on course. Maestro, if you please. Let's rock!!!

Fascinating stuff - a huge response, seems I agree with the majority on pretty much all issues... seems a very large number of Garrus romancers out there, but I think Kaidan got a good amount of representation.

The DLC survery was really cool, so happy people put so much effort into it.

Although because I romanced Kaidan I think what we got was great, obviously i'd be happy for more, but the main thing I want from romance DLC is a reunion at the end of the game.

i'm currently reading it on teh interwebs, also laughing at Steve's & Sam's "Ninja-mancing" when people try play paragon...

They should learn to read before instantly going paragon

So true. I got Steve's invite for drinks, met him, danced with him, and STILL managed to leave Purgatory as good friends.

I mean, come on - how can you get ninjamanced by Steve? Did I miss a meeting?

The Kaidan comments were pretty boring. Some of them were cruel, and others disturbing, and one of them was hilariously contentious (see if you can guess which), but most of the rest seemed to be typical fare.

The Steve comments were interesting (mostly supportive, excepting a few troglodytes), and I think I identified blmlozz (he really isn't comfortable with that romance) and Taboo (who's never two sentences away from a sexuality disclaimer when it comes to talking about the gays).

Happy to hear you gave it a proper chance

I took me a while to process too.  Especially because I romanced the crap out of Anders and didn't get spoiled sooo... yeah.

I wish i could pick out the hilarious one, but i've been reading for over a hour and i should of feel asleep over a hour ago, also reading through steve's right now, i've read quite a bit of "STEEEEEEEEEVVVVEEEEE"

On ME ninjamancing, I don't think I have ever had a problem with this. I think people just don't read. I also think they just like to complain. Liara never gave me any trouble either. I kinda think that's why in DA2, they threw a big heart on the romance dialogue option.

Lol.  My reactions were mixed.  I went from ... to .... to <_< WTF ANDERS?!   Followed shortly by the "Let's run away together,"  inducing moment.   DA2 had its faults but...let's face it...still a better ending than ME3.

Posting a wip of my Kaidan in the Dragon Age Universe (sort of an Anders-esque mage vibe going on)  He's still a WIP, gonna give him a staff and I'm not crazy about the fur collar right now.  Doing almost all of the characters but had to start with Kaidan of course.

@devsin: yeah you're right, it's good to have someone else look at your stuff since after awhile you stop seeing mistakes
