Posting a wip of my Kaidan in the Dragon Age Universe (sort of an Anders-esque mage vibe going on)  He's still a WIP, gonna give him a staff and I'm not crazy about the fur collar right now.  Doing almost all of the characters but had to start with Kaidan of course.

@devsin: yeah you're right, it's good to have someone else look at your stuff since after awhile you stop seeing mistakes

Anyway about DA2, I never hated the game as much as the majority did. I had gripes, especially it in comparison to DA:O+Awakening, but I liked DA2 enough to enjoy it and replay it a couple of times. I was also incredibly disappointed that the DA2 expansion was scrapped (I had hoped it would "redeem" DA2 from all the flack it got. I like Hawke and Anders (canon romance for me) despite their characterizations flaws (snarky Hawke is the cutest)~

I of course was happy to see this again

Oh yes... those London goodbyes... sad, but perfect! I love that he takes Shep's hands to but them on his waist.  Truly delicate moment.

It also seemed that they didn't know exactly what to say, even if they do feel their entire existence and world riding on this...even if they mean the world to each other, especially Shep dismissing their seeping feelings to focus on work--to make it seem that seeing Kaidan the "final" time doesn't matter when it actually does. So Kaidan giving in, allowing Shep to gravitate to him--their soft place to land--for just a moment is... :crying:

I'm actually amazed at how very mature and just... so very right that scene came out.
The only little detail which sounds a bit off to me is the way Sbarge says "we know this is goodbye", but as I know how it works, what little material he probably had to work upon, given the fact that he recorded this alone, i just overlook it. The last line from Kaidan "I've never been to London" fading away was also just as bittersweet as it should be...
 
The whole London goodbye dialogue is heavily ominous, almost so unbearably so that i couldn't believe they wouldn't make Kaidan and Shepard reunite by the end of the game. I was proven wrong.

Neverthelees, I bow to whoever at BW deserves credits for this, nice work.

I felt exactly the same, I thought with that painfull goodbye and the distress in Kaidan saying he couldn't loose you again I thought were definitely gonna see eachother again then, they wouldn't put us and Kaidan through that again and him have to loose Shepard again.

But that wasn't the case

I was just on the Bioware Store and I can't belive how manh character T-Shirts they have and they do not have a Kaidan one! it's shocking!
I mean they even have an I  Alistair T- Shirt, which is great he is awesome but c'mon give us a Kaidan T - Shirt please!
