I think it does not look that bad. And also - on my first PT he was with Paladin....up to the moment I found out that squad has no % power recharge penalty from weight.. <-)

Medium armor... you mean from ME2?
Cause Kaidan couldn't equip Medium from ME1 if i recall well...

I know he could not, because we shared armor and weapon prof back then.. 8) Yeah, I mean something close to what he had on Horizon. It does not look like full heavy - more like advanced light or medium. Levaing "no biotics in cuts" aside - it suited him ok. And it had more logic to me (I mean more than biotic-user which has barrier as basic skill wearing heavies).

So what's it gonna be?
Heavy pistol or assault rifle? ME1, ME2 or ME3 armour? Blue or black?

It's up to you, I guess. It's you're who's going to make some headcanon art, so...

Ahah, yeah I know  - that's not so obvious actually, i'm just scratching my head here...
I don't want to be too biaised by what i think looks great on him & I didn't want to sacrifice lore and logic, that's why i asked Kaidanites.

Oh my.. I just found more of local ME1 version. You know what? First - Shepard is called "capitan". Another thing that bugged me - in intro Kaidan addresses Joker in a polite-official form, English has no direct analogues, but it's same as german 'du' and 'Sie'. Which makes it from friendly banter into something... different and strange.

Prefer the heavy armor…although it’d be better if the brighter blue was only accenting.

And helmet. You always wear a helmet outdoors. Sometimes indoors.

Well technically "sleepy" mode has 0 bedable value > Kaidan IS already in bed at that point.

I think Blue would be A LOT more fun to remove > bedable +1

On a side note... beds are overrated.
