Cause you know, the guy is wondering whether Shepard wants him back on the Normandy or not...

When I got Kaidan back as a squadmate, I know I wanted to do a lot more than just shake hands with him...

You could just always kiss your LI anytime. Well almost anytime. You could also just talk to your squad anytime as well though. Different gameplay mechanic altogether. I loved making the other squadmates squirm when I kissed my LI

Oh yes - that chapter in Manipulations.... so rude, and yet so damn smouldering. 

This is a superb question and I am having trouble answering... I like the idea of post-Cerberus scientists, grabbing him at the restaurant, and anywhere in the mega void between dinner and pre-Cerb base.

I'd would have loved a scene with Kaidan after Thessia and that's probably where I'd put it.  However, since there isn't... 

In my cabin: A toggle to call Kaidan into my room for some kissy time.  Could be used once after every major story line mission.  Just a quick scene: Kaidan walks in, we embrace and kiss, then fade to black as we walk toward the bed.

As for me picking just one...

I'd think about Mars. Some moment when Liara is not watching. Like talks about "person he loved"...and I'd agree to "almost-kiss"...just like good old times....sigh...

ps: good luck with your diving lessons, don't forget to check your oxygen and do not take Kaidan down there....it'll be too hot...and wet... 8E

But then it ruins all the fun
What about building up?
I think I'd like to go renegade on him at that point on Mars, you know, loving Renegade. Paragon was too soft for my Shep, but Renegade was too snappy.
