If you were more renegade than paragon at the end of 2 that determines the whole range of dialog in 3, regardless of your choices in 3. Andrea was a renegon - about 2/3 renegade but good to her crew. But things like the VI and even Samara (she says she would kill someone like Shepard normally because the code demanded it) will treat you like a renegade even if you paragon the whole of 3. 

I can't do renegade in 3, feels too dumb when the whole damn universe is at risk :)

Interesting! I didn't know that! So that means my Shep is Paragon altough i defined her as Ruthless from ME1 -_-

I always have a hard time figuring out how come everybody accepts Shepard as a leader even though he/she's a douche...

Do you mean where is that in the game?
Its ME1 either when you go to fist and get rid of the workers or when you do the banes quest / save the doc bit.

Unless that was a response to someone else and I'll shut up :P
Just woke up after being up all but 2 hours last night.
