Just a quick question on ME2

When you first meet Liara, did any of you do the upload mission (i realized there's renegade points involved) and I am aiming to make a slight to100% paragaon

I did them and got the renegade points; however, because my renegade points were so low because of other choices only 9 renegade points transfered into ME3, which is minimal in my eyes.

Thanks! Does doing this mission have any effect on ME3?
I am assuming it isnt' possible to obtain 100% paragon in ME2.. since Mordin forces 5 Renegade points upon recruitment
