I like Liara so yeah, I'd have no problems with her in my squad.  I usually play an Adept so don't take her too often. 

I only like Liara since i used the ME1 Gay mod save to play ME3 cause she cares about Mshep/Kaidan relationship, I found that really sweet of her  :3.

Now I saw her more like a protective "spiritual mother" to MShep than some that love him.

But yeah, STAP, play time is over. All Kaidan relationships should be equal in this thread.

I'll make this short, since this is several hours old already, and nobody cares, and for a good reason.
@devSin and everyone who shut that person down, it's for the good of this thread. I just let myself trolled my some random guy, just because he's French. I shall add that expressing yourself in a foreign language doesn't allow you to be rude or stupid, quite the contrary.

Well, I'm chuckling evilly, because I know how much she already dislikes Kaidan being made a gay romance option. I can practically feel the ambient temperature rising.

@devSin more particularly, although i appreciate what you said for the thread, i felt you somewhat found that situation entertaining? Or did i understand this wrong? If i did, then i apologize to you.

If not, I'm really surprised at how someone who doesn't know me, by BSN standards, can speak in my name and say i "dislike Kaidan being made a gay romance option". I remember you leaving this thread hundreds of pages ago over such a debate - what you're refering to there.

I'll point out these for the last time, but probably nobody cares but myself.
It's perfectly natural to be uneasy over seeing Kaidan with anybody else than your own Shepard. It may be silly, or lame, as you wish, but it's natural. I don't blame people for this, and i don't feel offended when gay guys say they don't like seeing Kaidan with a woman and vice versa.

What can be offensive is telling someone that his/her Shenko is wrong compared to one's own.
Also, trying to force one's Shenko canon as "official" Kaidan canon is pretty pointless.

Kaidan is just exactly who you want him to be, in all his awesome loveliness and sexiness.
There isn't much to add to this.

As for me, i do have a problem with Kaidan as a romanceable video game character changing from only available to one gender to both genders, yes. I've explained so many times before that it had nothing to do about me liking him being gay or not. I'm having the same problem with Garrus and Tali becoming romanceable all of a sudden, too. I just care less, needless to say.

I shall shut up now. I just hate the slightest misunderstanding.

Well, I agree with what u said , there is no point in saying someone with someone feels wrong anyway, since the game has finished

The person who has been offensive to you was probably venting anyway, cos mSheps couldn't romance Kaidan until ME3, don't take it to heart , that said I am not condoning his actions, so you have my support

I did not find it entertaining. The teasing remark was merely an aside because I guessed how you would have reacted to his initial comment.

I thought it would be clear from me trying to stop it that I was not at all amused.

I shouldn't have joked about it, and apparently there were other things he said which went beyond the comment about Kaidan. I do apologize for that, especially if you got the impression that I was making light of your discomfort at somebody trying to belittle the female Shepard romance.

That is the impression I got both times you went off on this subject.

Perhaps I mistook your words, but it seemed clear to me that you feel Kaidan being made a gay romance option was a mistake and was damaging to his character. You went out of your way to say how anybody thinking Kaidan was gay or bisexual in previous games was a case of complete fantasy and that BioWare developing the gay romance constitues an unwelcome development in your opinion.

And I have never done this, nor have I ever supported it. This is the second time now where I have rebuked somebody for trying to put down the female Shepard romance.

But I also don't tell other people that their Kaidan is not "real", or that their interpretations are merely unsupported delusions, as you have previously done.

I never said you had a problem with him being gay or bisexual. I said you have a problem with him being made a gay romance option.

I'm aware of the distinction, but it doesn't overcome the fact that you think it's a bad thing that his relationship developed in this way (and that's fine—you don't have to like it, but I'm not going to simply ignore the truth of how you feel).
