Before the EC you coudl shoot the StarBrat and nothing would happen.  I used to play target practice all the way to the Destroy panel... but with the EC they made it a Refusal option trigger.  My first PT in the EC was Refusal on accident...  /sigh

This is a trap set by the reapers right? so they could harvest some more? Do they not understand the term friendly fire?

I really wish they had made it so that when you shoot him, instead of walking off (the same as he does when you refuse through dialogue), he runs off with that stupid running animation the kid has.

I would have laughed forever if you shoot his face, SO BE IT, and then he books it offscreen. "Meanie! I'ma tell my mom!"
