Talking about non-Kaidan romance stuff is not what this thread is for, some of the things being discussed here are also being discussed elsewhere, that's the place for them. Do whatever you want because you obviously don't care that somebody has to slowly thread there way through all your chatter to get to Kaidan stuff, that they might be interested in. I'm kinda new to this thread, but seriously, what is wrong with some off-topic now & then? I really don't understand. This thread is about Kaidan & those who like him. But people that like Kaidan like also some other things & I think it's cool to share with others that have something in common with you. As far I I can read, 95% of off-topic subject are ME related,  I really don't see the problem. I would be bothered if off topic was about economy, politics or religion, not sharing thought about ME in general. At some point I was happy to speak about BSG here & saw that spme other Kaida/mass Effect fans enjoyed this show.
Anyway, your choice to leave but you shouldn't be that angry for some off topic discution...

I've played 1 and 2 with the same shep and then 2 and 3 but never all 3 since I changed systems with that said, is there any banter you lose when missing out on ME1 for the PS3. From what I was told, most (if not all) of the plot/dialog changing decisions are in the comic thing for the PS3 version of ME2. 

Most of, the only problem is that it's not considering secondary NPC relatioship such as Conrad, Gianna Parasini  (etc). if you are curious, you can see the comic in interactive video here & the choice you can make : (website in french but video is in english ^^)

Shepard always dies in the intro to ME2.  I guess that is one way to avoid the ending of ME3.
