I have five Shepards, two romanced Kaidan, one romanced Thane, and two romanced Ashley... then nuked her.  I find Liara too creepy to romance. Like she keeps locks of Shepard's hair in her pocket and sniffs them at random intervals.

So I played through Horizon last night (still hated it), another mission, and got the Kaidan message.  I (once again) railed at Bioware for the lack of a "Reply" button, and this time decided to write a reply, pretend that it got sent, and be able to get on with actually enjoying the rest of the game.

I know by now this has been done a thousand times in a 100 different ways.  But, well, this one is mine, damn it .  graceyn.deviantart.com/art/Re-About-Horizon-257228560.  Complete with a fairy-tale ending!

And, Kaidan!

yeah = ( For me the scar was a nice reminder of just how much Thresher-acid can hurt (ouch) and in my head she had kept it in honor of her fallen squad. Which was killed by Cerberus...

on a side note, I for my part always liked Liara.
It's not her fault that bioware forces her onto us.
I never romanced her either (or rather deleted that save because I was too lazy to continue^^) but I always liked her, especially since she was some kind of fangirl. It's just nice to see your character has influence on those around you and I thought her reactions in LotSB were rather endearing...
...and sad.
She always falls in love with my characters and it's always hopeless love and I know that that can hurt, whether the "target" is nice or a jerk about it.
I always felt sad for her and my Shepard certainly does too, since she can not break off her friendship with Liara even though she's just hurting her everytime they meet.
It's unintentional but probably still painful for her.

I secretly hope that, given she is not romanced she'll get together with Feron. I like her too much to see her single = /

On the other hand, I reeaaaally wanna see Kal'Reegar/Tali

Ohhh and did the people rage over seeing Liara get crushed... demanding to know if it was a permadeath or not. (It isn't.)

I read somewhere that said Garrus actually got crushed when they were recording the demo... but then Shepard took a rocket to the face and died, so they had to start over.

On that note, I'm tired of seeing Liara and Garrus over and over. Why can't they use Ashley, Kaidan, and James Vega? We know they're confirmed squaddies!

Oh, really? I had a very enjoyable holiday in London this past March. It was my first vacation in nearly eighteen years; the last one was in South Africa. Such lovely people in London, and so polite and helpful. I hope the next time I get to go I will be able to spend some time in the country. I LOVE to travel. I live just over an hour away from London on the south east coast, seeing the Reapers turn up was a good thing  (<<<<<And she even stays on topic, sort of...........)

Seeing the wallpaper of London getting attacked by the Reapers made me weep.

Also, I'm totally NOT kidding. Straight off the airplane, at three different tube stations, random people rushed forward to help me wrangle my suitcase up/down steps. When I was lost and wondering which train to board, passersby pointed me to the right one and happily gave me directions. Bus drivers everywhere had a smile and a kind word for me. Wait staff at restaurants were awesome. Hotel staff were nice (and quite flirtatious, actually). Everyone I met was soooo nice. There's nothing special about me,  so my conclusion is there are just nice people in London. Maybe they were all directly in my path during my visit?

All my Sheps romanced Kaidan, or they are single. Romancing Liara makes me wanna...

And I absolutely loved seeing Liara mushed by the mech.  I was watching it "live" on the web, and I totally "squeed" when that happened.  And I don't feel mean at all, lol. (I don't actually hate Liara, and I enjoyed LotSB; but I really don't get the extreme love for her character.)

Because marketing-wise, it makes much more sense to use fan favorites.

hmmm do we have any good m-rated femshep/kaidan ffs, or recommendations? I've been browsing thorugh the ones on the first page but most of that is K - T while the m/m's I checked were mostly.... well.... more intense ; P
would love to see something like that for a femshep.

Also, when I went to England, I never had any people be extremely terrible or extremely polite in London. But walking anywhere else in the country, I did notice that people were very nice and would say "Hello!" in passing. This is different from America where people usually avoid eye contact and/or saying hello.

i hate it when people say we're miserable on public transport, if they had to rely on tfl everyday they'd be miserable to!

Yeah, nobody tried to pickpocket me or even looked at me sideways, I swear! I even forgot (at Heathrow) about a drink I had in my bag at customs and the guy let me stand there and drink it. I felt loved.

Wow, I never heard anything like that. Wish I knew you guys in March, I could have used a buddy or two to go drinking with. It sucks to sit in the pub all alone.

@ Hotaru29, check the front page of this thread for awesome FF links. I think many (most?) of them are probably M-rated and Kaidan-centric.

@ CaseShep, well....I find Americans pretty nice too. When I went to NYC, a guy shouted a marriage proposal at me from a taxi. That was a first.

Back on topic: How tall would Kaidan be? Over 6 feet?

Kaidan seems to be about 5ft 10 to me, maybe 5'11'' but not 6 ft... or Shepard is a tall lady

Americans can be nice, but never really polite like the people I met in England. The sterotype of the English is that they're realllllly nice. ----->Eddie Izzard poking fun at the English for being so polite.
But here we just don't acknowledge each other very much. At least where I live, it seems to be that way. Even people in France were very helpful. It's just a stereotype.

Assuming my Shepard is 5'4"-5'5, I'd like Kaidan to be 5'8" to 5'10". 6ft is too tall (for my tastes).  But I would have him at any height.
