To be fair - my Shepard wears orange and yellow armour.

And I never said that he'd be overt about it. Maybe making a dry joke about explosions once or twice. That kind of thing.

Yes - Ashley has lost a lot of her characterisation with little to nothing left in that void in ME3. Apparently -that's what 'mature' means according to bioware... I prefer her ME1 incarnation to what they've done to her in ME3.

And yes, Kaidan has undergone significant development. From this shy withdrawn person to a bold, confident and quite charismatic man (DAT VOICE!). It's quite a difference.

Just like a lot (all?) of ME characters - including Ash I think - you only get to appreciate them once you get to know them.
I actually found that "boring" side of him extremely attractive, but I sense we don't quite put the same notions behind that word
I now can't help to see Kaidan as a whole throughout ME1 to ME3, so it's difficult for me to make comparisions.
But to me ME1 > ME3 in approximatively all aspects. So I liked Kaidan a lot more from ME1, but I'm not talking about his character or his personality, but gameplay-wise, open dialogues and so on.
Plus I liked his looks more from ME1, and I also felt Sbarge's VA was more candid = more natural.

@Aurora: Yeah, I found myself...not meshing well with Ash at all, but it seemed like they removed so many elements of her (possible) conflict with you from 3 to make her more likable.

I'm a bit confused as to what you mean by boring, but that's OK.

I thought that too. It bothered me at firstt. I think it's just Kaidan being Kaidan though. He's more mature after everything he's been through and there's a reaper invasion going on. The whole premise is a lot more guarded.




On a side note, I think I'm gonna start switching all the a's with e's when I use other character's names.

Haha, let's just say i never actually found Kaidan boring.
I mean as to the point it would make me yawn, or go away, or play Scrabble instead, or turn the PC off and go and do something else.
So i never understood why people would say that about him.
From I understand, people say that because he's just a very "normal", quiet guy - well, apart from that Jump Zero thing. And that's precisely what I love about him.

I much prefer Kaidan to be a layback guy, doing biotics is exhausting. If you like, I would watch him read all day, just watching... of course I will have to restrain myself from inappropriate touching, so not to ruin the sentiment

I imagine it would be very traditional. If Shepard has next of kin, Kaidan'd sneak off to ask them for permission, then he'd give her a romantic night on the town (probably fireworks in the background if they're lucky), then get down on one knee and pop the question.

A very nice, romantic - and most especially NORMAL - way to propose to a beautiful woman...

Just wish my bro!Shep had such luck. He stammered out a proposal to Ash while completely hungover, in front of the entire CIC when she found the ring in her boot. (He does not to this date have any idea how the hell it got there.)

Costa + Sbarge can only be awesome - I love Raphael, no contest, but having Costa is a bonus and I just hope people are nice and polite. And yes, I'd fly to Atlanta for this!

I like both casters and weapon based ones.
(i like the demolisher very much )
unlocked all N7 characters now. still need My Cerby Vanguardious. and teh BF3 soldier now

In my canon. shepard has no idea if he has chest hair or not until ME3.

In my canon, Kaidan has a chest that reminds golden sandy dunes, warm and soft.
For some reason, he lost of his tan in ME3, but that's the way I picture him...

I just finished playing ME1 to by some time for ME3 DLC to come out and I have to say I forgot how hot Shepard got when ever she/he went to go talk to Kaidan.
