I love that armor. It looks a bit complex though. I wonder if it's possible to put it on by yourself, or if you would need assistance? (like a squire would help a knight?) I really love men in uniform. <3mineralica wrote...And since somebody reminded me about Kaidan's armour (Admiral?), I went to celebrate this fact:)

@ Katie, to me that dilutes the impact of staying faithful. it also basically means that there is no point in experiencing a new romance, since its pretty much the same as the old romance. it reduces re-playability of that romantic arc.
That's fair enough, I suppose, though that's not entirely how I'd look at the situation. Simply by staying loyal to Kaidan, you're garunteed a different experience than those who dallied with Garrus or Jacob or Thane, or at the very least you're garunteed a different experience than those who chose not to romance Kaidan at all. Even if single, gay manShep and Kaidan-loyal femShep share a few lines, their experience as a Shepard who only has eyes for Kaidan will be unique from any other, and that's good enough for me.
its the feel of it. it doesn't feel unique if you recognize all the lines. the only difference is the intro. those 85% matter to me.

I'm that horrible horrible person that starts skipping majoirty of the dialogue by playthrough # 4. I stll miss few lines here and there, but for the most part - I've heard it all by then. neutral, paragon, renegade. romanced, non romanced. the only new dialogue left is really the romances you haven't tried out yet. except.... it wouldn't be.

I"m sure... somewhere in the bowls of the Normandy (Or Shep's cabin), there's an Ironman-style armoring robot. It's the only way the ME2 & now ME3 armors could really be put on.

Wouldn't that be the 5-15% difference she's pointed out?
Yeah, but I don't see why that's a problem. Even if the femShep-loyal romance is 85% identical to the manShep-romance, it's still 100% Kaidan, and that's what matters.
A lot of people, Sia included, have already pointed out that there is no problem if the faithful romance gets at least some sort of acknowledgement or extra scene.
Edit
I left the pic cause I love it.
Exactly. I'm just trying to find out what the issue if it's minimum three lines of unique dialog detailing the types of relationships he can have, while the rest plays out similarly.
And let's not even address the "dumping" scenario. That'll be painful all on its own.<_<

Again, that's fair enough, but I wouldn't discount the entire thing just because there's some overlap. Liara's romance isn't any less meaningful just because it's nearly indentical for male and female Shepards, right? I know that's not the same because we're talking about an faithful, heterosexual romance versus a new, homosexual romance, but the idea is the same. For me, that goes for any Bioware bisexual romance option... Yes, some of the recycled dialogue gets old, and yes, ideally, I'd love a unique experience for every varient of the player-character's romance I can create, but ultimately I just learn to appreciate the differences that do exist, and love the romances for what they are.

That would be neat if they made just one cinematic that showed how Shep gets in/out of his/her armor (or Kaidan, I would be fine with that too). It could be on a special features disc for obsessive nerds!Sialater wrote...

He gets a tweet every time we hit a milestone! He's definitely aware of the strong amounts of Kaidan-love by now. <3
...but another reminder couldn't hurt.
EDIT: We need some manShep/Kaidan representation on this page!

Exactly... and unlike Tony Stark... I doubt they're fully clothed.
Actually, seriously, I beleive there's a body suit with the er... biological hook ups under the armor.

... unfortunately it seems that the last 10 pages or so went by fast because people went back and forth not always in the friendliest of ways, but maybe I'm just reading things into it that aren't there
