I'll admit that I have my doubts, but that stems from a bunch of changes that were implemented in ME2 that didn't sit well with me, as well as other things.

I'll love to see Kaidan (or Kaiden, because for me both names have the same pronunciation) and Commander Shepard together in ME3. I'm frustrated in ME1, because I was feeling Shepard and Kaidan had something very pretty.[smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/heart.png[/smilie]

In ME2, Kaiden accuses Shepard because commander is working for Ilusion Man. I dont believe Kaidan would shoot someone if it was making you better, now, in ME3.

when I started chatting in about 1999/2000 it seemed differently ... it was a Star Trek chat and while we may have preferred different series it was mostly friendly and roleplay-ish ...

I started out around 99/00 as well, on a gaming forum, and people were still mean to each other for liking/hating certain games, but it's nothing compared to how it is now. In fact... it seems almost tame when I see some of the stuff that goes on in forums anymore. Back then we didn't have to "hide" in certain threads because we'd get bashed/trolled if we posted anywhere else.

Humanity is going to destroy itself... through the internet...

I finally got around to typing up the post on how to get the s/s romance in ME1 with a custom Shepard without fiddling with HEX code

Hello, Kaidan thread I was reading a thread about Ashley's catsuit etc, etc, etc. And I was wondering if anyone here thinks that Kaidan looks, ah, better with heavy armour. 

You'd think I'd like him more with a tight light armour, but the heavy one has it's own... appeal. So to speak.

OMG Yes! I can't express in words how happy I am to see him in heavy armor! Hell I've thought seriously about moding ME1 to allow him to wear heavier armor then the PJ party light armor thing. He is a marine for godsake, give him lotz'o'armor. But then again I'm a fan of heavy armor. I also don't really find it 'hot' to see men in so called sexy clothes. Tight pants and speedos make me laugh out loud. Give me t-shirts, baggy jeans, and combat boots anyday. 

THIS x 1000. I'd so much rather have clothing that leaves something to the imagination. Games/comics/etc. seem to have a difficult time with subtlety, so I appreciate it wholeheartedly when I get it!

I read a fic once (don't remember which) in which they were going to something formal, and while they talk they look each other over to make sure their dress uniforms are correct, and adjust them, and so on. It reminded me of how I am with my friends/boyfriends and the adorableness of the scene stuck with me. So that would be excellent.

Everybody's entitled to their own "headcanon" when there's not a lot of information ingame, so don't worry about it.  I think we can't really make assumptions, other than obviously liking Shepard, and finding Liara (and we can assume other asari) attractive, he hasn't disclosed a particular "type" he prefers, ingame.

It always makes me laugh when he brings up the asari fetish sites, considering his earlier claim that Liara is "not to his taste", and he doesn't have much interest in "alien culture". Suuure.
