I think some of it's jealousy, because Liara and him get a lot of attention because they're fan favorites. And a lot of it is annoyance for the same reasons, plus the "Calibrations" and the reach and flexibility line that people always quote.
I still love him though.
Kaidan, Garrus and Shep tracked and fought Saren on their own! Plus Joker for flying purposes.

I think that's just referring to the fact that Garrus and Liara have been in all the ME3 footage seen so far; people want to see Kaidan (or anybody else) right now.

I would LOOOOOVE to see Kaidan in action, or Ashley's combat armor, or Jack's new look, or anything Miranda related, or any brand new teammates...so yeah, although I'll be happy to have Liara and Garrus on my team in ME3, right now, I'd like to see new footage that features other characters.

I strongly agree. x_x Would be nice to see other characters but like I've said before, the fact that they're not showing us the other characters makes me feel like they're just "not finished" working on the other squadmates. (And I ran around in ME2 with Garrus and Tali quite a lot because y'know, they were the remains of my squad in ME1 :|)

Oh, anyone keeping track of cons that Bioware's going to show up at?

I can't get how "several squadmates aren't finished yet" while it was tweeted all powers are already made and game itself is in finishing/polishing stage.

Show at least one of static looks like Vega's pic from 10k follower celebration. Can't do this, show concept. Can't do this, show "powers" screen. Can't dot this for any squadmate aside Liara and Garrus... sorry, what stage your game is, again?

Yeah, for me it is purely boredom, I am bored of seeing Garrus and Liara. I don't mind not seeing Kaidan if they showed Ash (because I can then picture him there) and some Vega would be great, I can't wait to see who is voicing because they seem to think it is someone pretty cool.
Ofc, I would prefer to see Kaidan, but honestly, not too much of him because demo's don't tend to show pivotal to plot things and I want to believe them when they say Ash/Kaidan have been saved for a reason...... it'd better be a doozy...... ;P

I don't think they'll show Vega in the trailers, because he's a shiny new character and they'll probably want to save his voice and mannerisms for the actual game. Then again, they were showing the new ME2 characters in the trailers left and right, so I may be wrong. *shrug* I'm fine either way, since I haven't really generated an opinion on Vega yet. I feel sorry for the people that are already pumped up to see him. The waiting must be torture. xD

Kaidan, on the other hand...DO WANT. But spoilers? DO NOT WANT. If the fabled Femshep trailer turns out to be a gameplay-only (+ some voiceover would be divine, especially if it's from Jennifer Hale) trailer that shows Kaidan and some other character as her squadmates, I will be a very happy bunny.

Hey, Kaidan's hair might have been held in place with mass effect fields, but at least it was combat friendly. I can't even type at work with hair in my eyes, I can't imagine how ME3 Ash deals with her hair on the battlefield.

Don't get me wrong I love a good laugh, but picking on the same target for your lulz goes beyond a joke and it is all getting a bit tedious now....especially from BioWare employees, they could/should learn to keep their bias to themselves IF they are using their position as a BioWare employee to gain more followers.......

@TeenZombie: She summons the power of the Uncanny Valley to make her hair stay in perfectly in shape, regardless of gravity or momentum. Who would have guessed that animation limitations could actually work in one's favor?
