Actually, no, don't, I don't like that thought. Come to think of it, are there any real, full out beards in ME? The closest I can think of are the perma-stubbles default Male Shep and Joker have (and a few NPCs). But aside from those, I can't think of any real, bushy beards in the galaxy. What happened to the Amish!?

Samesh Bhatia kind of has one. It's not a full-on Amish beard, but it's more beardy than default Shep's or Joker's.

Also, I know I'm late to the party on this one, but Kaidan definitely has chest hair. I am pro-chest hair forever.
