Aslanasadi does fantastic Kaidan art! I love that particular pic of him ;-)

I was so floored when I saw that artwork for the first time. I was in the market for an artist to commission for some Kaidan/Male Shep artwork so when I saw Anja's "Kaidan In Jeans" I knew I had to ask her!

Thanks to Wulfram I was able to see her other artwork on deviantart and for TeenZombie's kindness in letting me know I could reach Anja through BSN, we've started to correspond on the specifics. If she agrees to it (and I can convince her to accept a commission!) I'll definitely keep y'all posted on the progress. As for the subject matter, for now I'll just hint that should be titled "...and they lived Happily Ever After."

Personally, I think it's rather cute that Kaidan feels he needs to explain his drinks with the doctor thing. "Nothing serious"...but you know, knowing you Shepard, you'll find out. And it's better that I tell you.

I'm like, Dude. I was "dead" for 2 years. I'm in no position to judge. (although I did go back to Citadel trying to find said "doctor").

As I said to Bekkael I think is more to being honest and Kaidan not wanting to keep the drinks with the doctor a secret and not tell Shepard as it might harm their relationship if they got back together, if I was in Kaidan's shoes I would be honest but that's just my opinion.

But seriously. I have no problems with Kaidan going for drinks with the mysterious doctor, he thought Shepard was dead and I don't think Shepard would have wanted him to mourn her forever.

Could it be that the mysterious doctor could in fact be Dr. Chloe Michel, who runs the med clinic at the Upper Wards (and who you had to rescue from the thugs that took over her office)?

I pretty much tend to take Kaidan at his word that it was only drinks knowing that he doesn't take sex lightly. I'm also thinking that although he said he likes adventurous women he may have gone in the opposite direction so that she didn't remind him of Shepard, so Dr Michel does fit the bill. But I'm sure there are any number of doctors on the Citadel and personally I'd like her to remain a mystery as she has no place in my Shepard's plans for Kaidan, lol.

I, too, think he was just trying to be honest in case it came out later.

That;s also why I think it's cute. It shows he still cares....

@sesheta255 I think the doctor probably will remain a mystery, come to think about it I doubt that BioWare actually thought about a name for her.

Agreed. What I'm curious about is his mindset after sending that infamous e-mail regarding the meeting at Horizon. On Horizon, I felt Kaidan acted out of impulse when he told Shepard goodbye (due largely in part to Shep's involvement with Cerberus). But naturally once time had passed, he looked within himself and realized that he still loved Shepard. even after believing her (or him, if you played ME with a modded Shep) dead for two years.

...and that's what's killing me about how ME3 is supposedly going to resolve this. Dammit, I want to know NOW!!!!!

Judging by the letter, I suspect he didn't even continue to go out with that doctor after that one date.
