I guess rural areas to people who aren't used to them could seem weird I suppose. Like, I kid you not, fields of school buses. Yeah, the schools keep their buses in these big lots that end up looking like fields. But I live in a sort of limbo between a city and a large farm community. I haven't been to TN before so I can't speak too much about that but they are a different type of rural folk if my understanding is correct.

I miss the country a bit. Not that I don't love Seattle, it's great and all, but kinda big and busy. I wouldn't mind living an hour out. I'm excited that we get to see Seattle in ME3, though! Do you guys think any of your hometowns will be in ME3?
I really wish I could find that picture of Kaidan riding the unicorn...

And no. Pittsburgh will most likely not be in ME3. But I am proud to say it had its own Fallout 3 DLC.

Bought and played the new DA2 DLC today. <_< It wasn't terrible, but IMHO Legacy was 100 times better. It bummed me out a bit, so I started another playthrough of DA:O for some Alistair and Zevran love. I made it as far as Ostagar.
I am so incredibly impatient and tired of waiting for ME3. It seemed like a long enough wait when it was slated to be released at the end of this year, but now March seems forever away. *sigh* NEED. MOAR. KAIDAN. NOOOOWWW!

I've got a few more play throughs of ME & ME2 (thanks to my fabulous skills at deleting saves!) to get through before then so hopefully that should keep me entertained til then!
Although I have struggled to get into my current ME2 one ... it's just missing a certain someone

I'm from Michigan. It's like Wisconsin, but without the cheese. In other words, deeply inferior.

I totally changed my newest Shep's profile.... went from colonist/ruthless to colonist sole survivor
Does this mean I have an obsession with angst? With that background, Shep should probably be in mental clinic somewhere O_o

Don't get me wrong, I like the wizard of Oz. I've just heard every single joke about it when I travel out of state.
Angst? Nah, My favorite shep has that background too. She just does riskier moves (running in the line of fire as an Adept) because she figures she can't die.

An Adept with the power to toss whole rooms of enemies like ragdolls with the ability to use the AR to boot
Tad overpowered much?
Luckily Katja will have her biotic god to help her over the course of Mass Effect....

I should have gone with Nebraska. Joking, but at least you're known for something awesome @Lady Niltiak (I want to go see the wizard) and not historical (hooray for super fun Pa facts about the founding of the US). Everybody loves crazy Quakers and Ben Franklin and his almanacs!
I always play the same profile. Every. Single. Time. Spacer/War Hero. I don't like change. I am also always a vanguard. I have said it once and I'll say it again, I LOVE my shot gun.
Edit: Also, not sure how talk of hicks makes anyone want want to come here. I used the word black hole at one point and referenced MC Escher. Oh we have have weird haunted stuff in PA! There is show about it! That could be considered positive! I have done my part for PA now. I have made up for my disloyalty.

I picked biotics because I love the mages in DA as well. Always play one (There I go being boring again *she says in a monotone*). Actually I played a rogue once. Wasn't bad but I missed my mage.
I just find something that suits me and I stick with it. I am always that way with everything. 'If it ain't broke don't fix it' as they say. As to my 'goody two shoes' Sheps, I just can't bring myself to play as anything else. If want angst I'll watch my brother play. He plays the exact opposite character as I do.

Not really, but I wish to pack it up and go north. And north. And norther. Until I hit the state of coffee.

I agree about the goody two shoes.. hence why I swapped ruthless for survivor... I don't play sugary sweet, I do some renegade actions but they're all minor... like shooting the fuel tank, not obliterating the council
I let the workers die on ME2 to kill Vido one time, and I felt nasty.... and I really wanted to shoot Zaeed
