Scotland and Italy would be my dream locations

Alas I am broke.

Scotland is a great place. My ma took me on a surprise visit when I was a little girl and obsessed with Greyfriars Bobby. Kind of easy trip since we live on the other side of Hadrian's Wall in England.  I be a northerner. *scratches self and sips beer*

My Shep wants to go to a themepark after savinf the galaxy again. With water slides?

Ooooh, where? I'm from Nottinghamshire originally, so am a midlander.... but I live on the south coast (not too far from ZombieG actually :D)

I really get sick of that stereotype. Everybody from the South isn't toothless and illiterate. It's quite beautiful down here, and the people are very nice and actually make eye contact when you speak with them.

My femshep is a vanguard and my Sheploo is a soldier.

And sheeeeeeeeeeeep!!!!
I love them.

I'm in Ohio. Been in the suburbs my entire life. A lot of people sterotype Ohians as pig farmers, though I've never seen a pig farm here. It's not very beautiful in the southwest were I'm at, gets more hilly and beautiful to the northeast toward Pennsylvania.
Also, Northern Ohians and people from Michigan say we have a bit of a southern accent.
I love big cities and the country almost equally. I had family in Seattle for a long time and loved to visit.
I hope to live in England or Scotland some day though. The way WhoKnew talks about Hadrian's Wall like it's no big deal makes me rage with jealousy.

My favorite class is Sentinel, but I'm really biased.

My favorite band, The Black Keys, is from your state!  And I've always wanted to visit the UK too.

It isn't a big deal, lol..... you can step over it, it's a rubbish wall ;)
I'd sooner be in America (I come from Robin Hood country) :D I find Americans very polite :)

I love sentinel best and then infiltrator.... I've played other classes but love a sentinel Shepard with Kaidan, it's like a dream team ffor my style of play :)

The toothless/illiterate/ignorant stereotype doesn't really bother me unless they're serious and hateful about it, otherwise I find it amusing like I did in the past few pages. Then again, I have a really easy going personality.
People are really nice here, my friend who lives just half a mile down the road from me had a boyfriend from the nearby (40 minute drive) city and he always went on about how everybody where we live would wave or say hi even though they had no idea who he was. And living in Appalachia all my life I find places with flat land kind of creepy, I feel exposed somehow. I prefer my pretty mountains, though being a history nerd I'd love to visit England and other European countries. I'd not be brave enough to visit a country whose language I didn't speak though.

My favorite class is vanguard and I like to have a sentinel and infiltrator in my squad to balance things out even though it doesn't really work that way anymore.

I was just watching the video about MP. Casey was saying how playing the MP will give you the best and most complete SP playthrough. I know it's optional but saying stuff like that makes me feel as if I have to play MP to get the best possible outcome.

Sounds sad but sounds like it's going to stress me out big time. Both ME1 &ME2 when I played first time, I made no "mistakes" or anything, they both went exactly how I wanted them too, which is a far cry from Dragon Age, both of first playthroughs annoyed/upset me haha. :crying: Damn you Alistair.

I may be having to get the guide for this one <_<

Be careful in Glasgow then  I kid.... It is a very strong Scottish accent though and was (still is) my favourite place in Scotland when we lived there (for a couple of years)

I really need to see a vanguard through, I'm not sure I've done it all the way through, I've pretty much done all the others though :)

Hey, I'm from Ohio too! Northeastern part. I remember talking to someone in California about going to school there and I can't remember what state she thought I was from but when I said Ohio she was like "yeah I figured somewhere Midwest." I remember thinking, "I didn't know I have an accent!?!?" Posted Image I hate it here though

Agreed. I still have all my teeth. :P I grew up in Texas and Alabama, and have always been proud of my heritage, but so too should everyone. Traveling to other countries really opened my eyes to just how amazing humanity is with so much diversity. Not just people from other states or countries, but each community even has its own unique flavor. I feel so priveleged to have met so many wonderful folks both at home and abroad. Though I wouldn't know any of you if we passed each other on the street, you're all beautiful people who enrich my life. <3

As to class preference, for me it's sentinel and soldier.

Sorry for all the post's, don't think Bioware likes me, wont let me edit them.

I went to Japan last year, wasn't such a culture shock. I was surprised. It was awesome, I'd recommend it, it's expensive but that's what my student loan was for! *evil laugh*

Went to Studio Ghibli. Best place ever!

I always wondered why people think us Brit's have bad teeth...

I'm very envious in either case ;)

Delurking because I need in on the Kaidan fan MP action. I'm ambivalent about it in ME, but I'm too much of a completionist to not try it at least once.

Hey! I'm from Louisiana and I don't have an accent. Y'all are the ones with accents.

Vanguard is my favorite class, followed by adept then sentinel. What can I say, I love my biotics! Especially after the collector ship mission, because I almost always choose the AR training to use my Mattock, doesn't matter what class I'm playing.

Any Canadians here? We Canadians (Southern Ontario here!) love Kaidan as well!

And no, I don't live in an igloo or listen to Celine Dion. I do like Bryan Adams though. :P

Ghibli Museum, it was beautiful. Werent allowed to take photos inside, it was like charlie and the chocolate factory but Ghibli themed, the tickets were pieces of film, I got Howl's moving Castle which is my favourite I was so happy!

Heres a link to what photos I could take, the password is ghibli

Replaying ME2 again, as a sentinel this time, i'm usually a vangaurd/adept ;)

I read somewhere that the reason they don't allow photos is because you have to be there to experience it (of course that could just be marketing blabla, because they also sell books with photos and specially theme exhibitions that are held there)

as for the MP
the way I understood it, you can still get the best ending if you play the SP only, it seems there are certain 'things' you can do to make sure everyone is ready for war, MP is just one of those things - optional and not necessary

of course if you're like me, you feel obliged to do it anyway to get your complete ME experience
MP I'm okey with, if they announce the ME facebook game I'm yelling profanities REAL LOUD! :pinched:
(after the latest shenanigans I've had it with facebook and want to quit it for good now)

Hehe, I'm from NYC and went to college in New Orleans.  I was very confused at first by the fact that if I heard an accent at all, it was Yat (which isn't too far from a "Noo Yawk" or Brooklyn accent).  It wasn't until I went to visit my friend's family in Houma that I got to hear what I *thought* was a Louisiana accent.

I'm a huge fan of biotics, so adept and vanguard all the way for me.  I just throw a sentinel into my party and I'm ready for anything.

Haha, I LOVE Hadrian's Wall (complete history nerd). I visited a fort along the wall this time last year (Housesteads). 'Twas heaven. *drools*

@Jenova I'm from up in Cumbria. *waves* The forts along Hadrian's Wall are beautiful. I was there for ages looking at the well-preserved latrines.
And that sounded creepy. :P

I can't resist playing as an Adept. It's way too fun to make enemies go "AERGGHEHGEHWH" as they whoosh past. Yikes. That and that I enjoy the Dark Brotherhood too much makes me worry about my mental condition.

Edit: Argh! Too busy with coursework (that means watching Downton Abbey) to find a ToP! Someone help?
