I refuse to believe the writers would stab the VS romancers in the back by offing Kaidan or Ash or not having them available much in ME3. Especially after giving us the shaft with them in ME2, the VS has really had enough beating with the tragedy stick. It will all turn out well for the faithful. Believe with me everyone. We will triumph!

Ok Kaidanites I have a question regarding my main Femshep w.Kaidan...
I REALLY wanna replay ME1 with her again... however I hate her ME1 look compared to ME2
Should I
A. Just grit my teeth and replay her original ME1 file?
B. Basically do it over from scratch? Like Teddy 2.0? Same class/profile etc..but a fresh one
http://social.biowar...m/project/4781/
But I think you would have to start from scratch if you didn't like the look of the original one in ME1, although it's a while since I played ME1 because it keeps crashing my pc for some reason, lol.

This. I am guessing that once the Normandy was refitted, Kaidan would have been given command of it. He was probably officially on Earth to help oversee that?
I also have in my headcanon that Shepard left the Normandy rather abruptly, so her things are still waiting around to be removed from the ship. I like the idea of Kaidan finding the picture of him that she kept on her desk.

Are you sure they're actually at the trial? Because in the E3 demo, it shows Anderson contacting the Normandy to come help, and Ashley is talking to him through the comm link. Shep and Anderson then continue fighting until the Normandy picks them up. In the cutscene, it shows Shep running aboard the Normandy (it lets down a little ramp thingy in the cargo hold) with Ashley and someone else who I can't remember shooting at enemies as Shep runs up. Ashley glances at Shep and says, "Nice to see you, Skipper, it's been a while," or something along those lines. That, to me, seemed to imply that she hadn't seen him in a while, and I'd assume that Kaidan would be in the same position. Let me see if I can find that video... I'll edit if I find it.
Oh, Bioware, always keeping us wondering. <_<
Edit: Found the video, it's at the very end. I guess Ashley (with it looks like Garrus behind her?) says, "Welcome back, Shepard." So maybe she was at the trial, but the trial is interrupted by the Reapers. How would Ashley have gotten away and onto the Normandy before Shep and Anderson if all three were present in the trial?

Ah. See, I knew I was partially blind, mistaking the Incredible Hulk for a Turian.
As for Kaidan meeting the Space Hamster, I recall reading a fanfic about that. Heck, I think it was even written by someone on this thread. I'd post a link if I could find it. Curse you, Firefox glitch, in refusing to remember my browsing history

BTW Jenova, about your earlier post, about the Scottish and the English, and posh accents, etc., etc.
I love love love that Comic Relief skit. hahaha
I agree that Kaidan sounds generically American. I've never heard him say any words that makes me notice anything that stands out. Like you can generally tell if someone's from Boston if they say "cah" instead of "car." But, I haven't really listened for anything either. So when I replay ME. I will try to focus on his accent more. See if I can hear Raphaels NY accent come through at times.

Agreed about the Comic Relief skit. Loooove how Tennant pronounces "extremely" - those rolling R's.
For those who can hear Sbarge with a NY accent, where and what parts, and what kind of NY accent? I can't hear it, maybe because I'm from CT (a.k.a. land of is it "cough-ee" or "cawf-ee", "kew-pon" or "coo-pon"). Thought I heard something of a Latino accent with Carth a few times, but nothing NY and nothing with Kaidan.
As for Ash's hair, it was in a bun in ME1, not short. Silly guys lol.

Forgive the semi-off topicness here, but does anyone have a link to that hilarious ME comic where Shepard snaps and goes and yoinks all his former squadmates back for one final mission (including Kaidan from Virmire)? That was hilarious and I want to show it to someone but I can't seem to find it.
That's called The Band ..... and here it is:

I seriously love that comic, even though Kaidan's dead haha.

Hehe, oh definitely. My next FemShep is totally romancing him and if he's available for S/S in ME3 I'll get things rolling on a MaleShep for it too.
