In London it sure is  Though tbh.... I am at the coast and it is pretty nice here.... I may be guilty of not appreciating what I have

At least London has trees that absorb pollution in their bark and people take public transit. London is so clean compared to a lot of U.S. cities.  Los Angeles is infamous for air pollution.

My Shep is a brunette. Have a red-head for Thane. And will probably have another brunette for Kaidan/Garrus, and a blonde for some other purpose.

I have Renee, and Teddy, and Allyn... and they're cool but...

My main one Charlie was my original and she went with Liara 99.9%......

I was thinking... maybe give Charlie a new look, a swap backgrounds....and put her with Kaidan?

Well, yes.. we do have trees  I didn't know that about L A........... You learn something new every day 

My Thane Shepard is blonde, so is my Jacob Shepard.... well they are all blonde, apart from that one renegade... and even she couldn't resist Kaidan

I've decided that if I ever start dating again, I will make potential mates play Mass Effect 1, if they have not already done so.  Their opinions of Kaidan and Ashley will be recorded, and noted, when judging them.

They don't have to LOVE them, but hatred is a dealbreaker.

Arg, I read that article and HAD to write a post. I love when 'journalist' input their opinions into the articles. Report on the game you ******-bots, a gaming magazine website doesn't need to know what you think about a given character. Any jackass with a bullhorn can shout and act an ass.

Was it an opinions article, blog, or an actual journalism article. It is hard to determined these days unbiased written materials. Even the unbiased have opinions, and it is hard to write it out.

I see journalism standards have been falling steadily by the waysides since I was last in the field... apparently one no longer needs to research their subject matter before writing about it. How lovely to be able to to save some time... accurate reporting was overrated anyway... I guess. 

Games journalism has a hard time being taken seriously by its peers as is.... this article only serves to harm the perceived image further.
