No, but from what I understand, the demo should be coming in January (probably late January). We should be getting more details soon, can't wait!!!

I know it's not really one-sided, I know Jacob loves Shepard, but it sort of feels that way to me because he's stand-offish about his baggage or whatever and doesn't like talking. On one hand, it's nice that he asks Shepard how she feels, but he just seems to shrug her off sometimes.
Understand why people like it though. He can be kinda sweet, but the way they talk to each other makes me cringe too. She's like,*sultrysexvoicesexualinnuendoSEX*" and he stretches out a lot of words in his sex voice.
Just not my thing!

I'm feeling a little conflicted right now......I have two Sheps ready to export through to ME3....canon saves Kaidan, other saves Ash....The Ash saver, I have locked in his Insanity bonus run, have him story perfect....but I am finding I really miss Kaidan, the game just doesn't feel right without him....Am trying to decide now if I just go and scrap that whole game and restart from the beginning or just suck it up.

Isaac, do we really know that we'll get early access to Kaidan? Might the only available demo be multiplayer? Not trying to dampen anyone's hopes; just don't want us to be disappointed.
Edit: nevermind, I see it's SP and MP as per Facebook.  Hooray!  :-D

Golden Owl, there's no reason you need to scrap the game.  Keep both your previous games and also begin a new one.  When it's finished, you can choose the one out of the three you like best!  Or is it possible for you to edit a savegame, perhaps?

So, ah, I know folks were saying it was a bad idea to keep posting at that GamePro article, but I kept at it anyway, and the writer eventually acknowledged the validity of my analysis of Ashley and Kaidan's characters. Gasp! I'm rather chuffed. :-)

By the way, Anderson says that "Alenko didn't prove that Collectors stand behind attack" - he might be lying to Shepard, of course. But then there's Kaidan's letter and he might at least ensure Shepard that "we found proof and doing something about this" - anything to erase impression that Cerberus is the only organisation doing something. If the letter wasn't edited. But two coincidences are too many even for my paranoia.

Another thing if Council played deaf again - "You have person who witnessed battle but he's L2 / too close to Shepard / was tricked by Cerberus / was in stasis for majority of time, so we dismiss this claim", so Alliance started playing on their own. Possibly Hackett was the person who sent ships, possibly Anderson and Alenko were also involved.

Sadly am on XBox...no edit available....Just having two Sheps, one Paragon, one Paragade (both exporting to ME3)....just feels wrong without Kaidan, he is one of my favorite characters and am really looking forward to having him back on the Normandy in ME3...it didn't really hit me until Ash turned up on Horizon.......I'm thinking it will end up bothering me enough to go back and replay my Paragades run just to save Kaidan instead....

I thought Anderson said that they haven't found solid proof of reapers, as well as collectors connection to reapers on Horizon? the fact that collectors were behind the attack was most definitely confirmed and aknowledged

Yeah, exactly.
Also, it really bothers me when people say other people have "boring personalities."  I tend to be more reserved and cautious like Kaidan, and extraverts often tend to characterize introverts as "boring."  To me that's like saying someone is not worth your time because this person does not provide all the personality traits you want to keep you entertained. Plus he killed a man, is excellent in conversation, and is a stable L2 biotic. What part of that is boring personality-wise?
Plus, Ashley has a really big personality. She's a real spitfire, she speaks her mind, and she's literary. What part of her is boring?
Because they're not aliens? I just don't understand.

I'd bet any money it's because they're humans in a game full of aliens, so that automatically = boring. (except Jack and Miranda for some reason ) If Kaidan, Ashley, and Jacob had all been aliens with the same personalities, I doubt anyone would be calling them boring. <_<

ok, loaded up a save and made a quick, horrible vid - Kaidan DOES confirm the collectors being behind the attacks, he just got no proof of reaper connection or even their existance.

P.S.  I woudln't blame the lukewarm reception of certain character on their being human alone.  aliens might get a bit more of a leeway, but ...  not everyone likes everyone.  there are quite a few people who dislike"established"  favorites like Garrus and Tali.

Too often I've seen "boring human" when people talk about ME characters, especially LIs. But there's really nothing about them that's boring, except that they're human.  If Garrus, for example, were human, people would say he was a whiner with daddy issues. But since he's a Turian, that automatically makes him AWESOME! (Not bashing Garrus, I always use him in both ME1 and ME2)
