Why don't you finish that thought, and explain how you think characters change, if their sexual orientation isn't what you perceived it to be?  If Kaidan or Ashley are still written the same as they were in ME1, in every other way, but have new romance options, are they "ruined", even if you never, ever take that option?

I really wish we wouldn't have this discussion here until things are confirmed, but if you really need to bash bisexuality, you might as well get it over with, and stop dancing around it.

I very much support bisexuality with NEW characters. Can we just drop this whole thing already? I don't care enough to continue discussing this.

You think that Kaidan and Ashley will no longer be worthy of friendship and/or romance, if they are bisexual.  Because they are immoral/flaky/promiscuous or whatever else you think will suddenly make them tainted.  New characters can be avoided, or put in a box o' stereotypes immediately, but old characters who are suddenly bi will make you feel icky and gross, because you already mingled with them, and maybe you will catch the ghey if you get too close.

^^^ See what I just did there?  I made a bunch of assumptions about you, based on very little information.  Kind of like what you're doing to characters and a story you haven't experienced yet.

Uhhhh...For the love of....Isaac basically brought it up because I thought Kaidan wasn't an S/S option. And yes I continued it, I suck for that and I cba doing it anymore. Hey, btw your assumptions are wrong They'll always be worthy of friendship, guess I dislike changes to a character you think you know is all.

But nothing would change if Kaidan (or any other old LI) would be bisexual. Did you talk with him about guys? No. So he never said to you "I'm not into guys". You don't know if he is or not.You don't know all about him. Did you talk to Miranda about hot girls? Neither. How can you think you 'know it all' about them if you never discusses some topics with them. You do know for sure Kaidan likes girls and Miranda likes boys because you talked about it with them. But you didn't talk about same-sex with them. You assumed what was their opinion on having a same-sex relationship. But an assumption is not a fact and if they happen to actually be bisexual, then the only thing you may dislike is that your assumption wasn't the correct one. Not that they changed, because you never knew how they were (regarding same-sex relationships) in the first place.

Just so you know, absolutely noone believes this "I'm ok with gay/bi for new characters" as some sort of proof of not having a problem with homosexuality or bisexuality. I'm not going to call you a liar. It'd be rude. 
And there's a small chance  you ( and only you ) might believe it. But everybody else knows what's really going on.

Oh, come on, give the guy (er, or girl?) a break. There's a difference in being against homosexuality/bisexuality and being uncomfortable with it. I don't outright scorn it, but I'm definitely not too comfortable talking about it or being around gays/bis/lesbians who openly show/discuss it. I have gay/lesbian friends who are great to hang out with, but when they start kissing their boyfriend/girlfriend in front of me, or discussing some aspect of their relationship, there are other things I'd much rather be doing.
Can we just drop this now? Bring out the butterflies and rainbows and all have a friendly picnic?

Again, you came into this thread specifically to talk about Kaidan's sexuality.  You keep saying that your opinion of him will change if he is available for s/s romance (even if he doesn't change his personality if you don't romance him), but somehow, we're supposed to think this is cool and not call you on it.  Don't make these statements, if you don't want to discuss it.
