I never got dumped by Jacob... I mean he tried to dump me BUT I reloaded, take that BioWare (I was trying out all the different dialogues... hint.... Renegade is not something that works on Jacob)
Also, I only ever create a single Shepard for Jacob, he's worth it
I don't want to see Jacob and Kaidan *fall out* either because they might implode trying to out-dignify each other....

I think Jacob and Kaidan would likely place the blame exactly where it belonged: on Shepard. Not on each other.

Just watched Once Upon a Time (took some digging since all the sites you linked here seem to be US-exclusive D:) and loooved it. I think I finally found a TV show worth watching again.

Also, of course, had an inner fangirl squeel the moment I heard a certain voice, hehe.

He didn't seem like a major character but since he's the boys psychologist I hope he appears more often. definitely looking forward to it.

And yeah.  I agree that Kaidan isn't likely to fight with most people over Shepard.  Just with Shepard about her lack of faith.  However, Garrus I could see him having words with considering that they were friends once.

Ash, on the other hand, is much less even-tempered than Kaidan.  I could see her getting into a fight.  Actually, I would love to see her take Miranda's smug face to the floor.

I thought Sbarge's new show was kinda cute - nothing like it on as far as I know, although hearing that voice coming from a cricket was... different.
And I agree as well. I don't see Kaidan as the type to fight over Shepard. I see him maybe focusing more on the missions and less on personal interactions with Shep if she chooses to be with someone else other than him - not necessarily ignoring her, but maybe a bit cold at the beginning.

I agree.  Kaidan strikes me as the sort of person who likes to leave the past in the past and so if things with Shepard didn't work out, I can see him avoiding her outside of mission necessary communication.  Which I can relate to since I'm the same way.

@Cricket: I was thinking about this last night--how its funny that he's playing this character since in my Kimbri ME2 playthrough Kaidan was still the voice of her conscience.

My canon Shepard, Jade, who is pretty much full paragon based all her decisions on what Kaidan would have done. She didn't want to do anything that she thought would he would disapprove of. Other Shepard's got a bit cranky after Horizon and took it out on assorted mercs and others, lol. Renegade prompts come in handy sometimes, lol.

That's bloody brilliant, Devil  Why on earth did we never think to do this before... you might be a genius

My canon is very hothead Vanguard, so ME had many "you can question my methods, but be sure in my motives" - where Kaidan would like to solve problems with precise use of powers, Alyson stormed with Carnage and Warp. But in the end they both were trying to save as many lives as they could - just in lawful good vs. chaotic good approach.

That royally backfired in ME2. I won't be surprised if Kaidan's first when seeing proof that Shepard works for Cerberus was "Shepard completely lost care about collateral damage".

And about "Kaidan as psychologist" - this is totally true for my Mona. Earthborn AND biotic, in the beginning of ME1 she talked with people only when it was her duty. Then she started to open to talk to strategically standing around :innocent: another Sentinel and began to get rid of feeling that everything around her is dust that may be blown away every second. Events of ME2 definitely worsen her mental state - Mona doesn't break into pieces or something like that, she's just rather shaken and "needs someone to recover"
