I have always had to find some sort of artistic outlet and most recently my creative energy has manifested into cake. But I also make jewelry, small clay sculptures, paintings, and I love drawing. Essentially I love making large messes.

And dancing Kaidan is always my favorite.

@Graceyn, I'm also enjoying If It Meant Living! Especially loved the last chapter and how you described Shepard's feelings after sleeping with Kaidan before Ilos, and Kaidan winking. =]

Ohh I love this picture! 2 of my favourite Alliance boys in the same picture!  need more Vega & Kaidan art!

Funny I was trying to find a Alenko and Vega picture awhile ago but had no luck! Now I found a new screensaver for my phone! Thanks! ^_^

I can never make cake. Or cookies. Nothing seems to get past the batter/dough stage. I can't imagine what happens to all of it before it hits the pan... It's a mystery!

You could make a Kaidan cake, snap a photo, and use that for our little group gift project!

Hahaha, I have to really try not to eat the batter too. I come from a long line of Italians so food is my blood along with eating in large quanties but by some miracle I am not fat. I am like three feet tall though (okay five but still). And I think I will just draw something for our group present else Kaidan my end up with some pieces missing.

Sounds tasty :P My brother's planning on being a chef, he's currently in the Culinary Institute in San Diego, California. I've always loved cooking, and I'm actually fairly good at it, but I don't let on to anyone. Otherwise, I'd have to cook more meals around here!

But now I really have the urge to make some sort of Mass Effect related pastry. :?

^^^ Seriously, that Shoko art is so awesome. I've been "meh" about James Vega (but to be fair, I am usually meh about characters before games come out...I even thought Varric was meh before actually playing DA2, which I was very, very wrong about), but he looks awesome right there.

I gotta get back into the Mass Effect fanart mindset. I've been doing DA2 stuff for a while now, and while I'm enjoying it, there's ME3 imagery around now that I should be using for inspiration. I'm still afraid of drawing Kaidan, though. I would want to properly do him justice.

That pic is SO cute! It makes me wonder. how much younger is James compared to Kaidan and Shepard? They're in their 30's... so James... early 20's?

James is 26 in ME3 and Kaidan should be 33-34 I think?

Don't let them know! I am asked to cook people food constantly. My brothers used to make me cook food for them and their friends when they were over and it gets old after awhile no matter how much I love cooking. I have no idea why I did anything for them at all though because they never asked nicely and they usually slipped an insult in there somehow.

As an Italian woman I can we were definately born to ply the men in our lives with obscene amounts of food for no real reason. At least we complain the whole time  (Well I guess we love our brother/fathers/husbands/sons/Other male relatives a lot).

I think Kaidan's 35, possibly 36, in ME3. If I'm recalling this correctly, he says he's 33 in ME1. Two years pass to ME2, he's 35. Although we don't know exact dates or birthdays, so he could possibly be 36, depending on the month.

Edit: I'm so jealous, Italian is my favorite type of food. Especially real Italian pizza and pasta ^_^ Seriously, this American crap excuse for pizza is nothing compared to the stuff I had at a little bistro in Florence. Or was it Tuscany...? I can't remember

I could eat pasta every single day of my life and never get tired of it, but I do have it most every Sunday.
Oh and totally agree good pizza is hard to find in America exept maybe in New York. But it still wouldn't be the same.

Fettuccine Alfredo is definitely my favorite type. I always throw in peas and broccoli to add a little spin on things. Mmmm, now I'm going to go to bed dreaming about pizza, pasta, and Italian sausages.

Hello! You may know me from other places, like Raphael Sbarge's audioblog and Twitter feed.
I figured I'd invade your territory to ask YOU a question: You know that request you have regarding the Horizon letter?

Well, what if I were to say I could make it happen in exchange for donations to Raphael's charity, GreenWish? How much do you think we could raise? Would a challenge of $1,000 be too high? (I'll put all the details up as soon as we settle on a goal.)

$1,000 sounds perfect. I think that is completely doable. Would there be a time limit?

If we could make the donation around Thanksgiving, that sounds all theme-atically awesome to me. But I am a newcomer to your lands (as you could tell by my ShepHERD faux pas in the transcripts), so you tell me how long you'll need?

Hmmm, instead of a time limit, how about just the donation limit? Once we hit the target of $1,000, we get our reward? Would be a little less stressful for the people that have jobs and bills to pay at specific times of the month, methinks.

Count me in. Hmmm, wonder what the exchange rate is for the Aussie dollar these days, lol. I'm not working at the moment so can't contribute much but I'll put in what I can. It will be worth it to hear 'Kaidan' read his email, lol.

G'day Jacqui. Welcome to the madhouse.
