Why would follow someone follow a person at all if you're just going to stop like one day later? Maybe I just don't get it or everyone else just doesn't get logic. Probably the second one . . .

I don't get the whole twitter and facebook thing - yes my age is showing, lol. I made a twitter account so that I could keep up with any news because I'm really waiting for spoilers for ME3, I have no idea how to use twitter but at least it's worth having it just to see Rafael Sbarge's tweets.
Sometimes I feel like an 85 year old trapped inside a 17 year old body. Some of the weird rules about these social networking sites just makes me want to smash my monitor with a hammer. And most of it makes absolutely no sense. "I am going to continue sending game requests even though you have never once accepted one." That was my impression of what my 67 year old Aunt's subconscious thoughts must be.
Kids these days . . .

That's fine, I'll still be playing BioWare games in the retirement home and raising hell.Oh and rich too if you've been saving right.
Sounds like a plan, but that's still a few years away for me. I'm 37, not 65.
Coincidentally enough, me too. Old and young at the same time.
I have to say, when I was in my 20's, the thought of being 30-plus was rather scary, but I've really enjoyed my 30's. It just keeps getting better and better.
I love that Kaidan is already in his 30's when Shep first meets him too.Age really is just a number, but still..I liked it.
Holy quote wall, sorry...
Anyway, I actually agree. My 30s have thusfar been my most fun, active, exciting and rewarding years so far. Whomever I was before, it was nothing compared to who I am now.
And marginally on-topic, Twitter is really a treasure of information about ME3. Feel free to plumb those I follow for Bioware twitterers... Twitter

I'm still not guy crazy, and at this rate, probably won't ever be :POnly a select few have won my heart (those being Alistair, Kaidan, and Aragorn from LotR) but I'm pretty sure that's due to all the guys around here being idiots. Still, I can watch a movie with a group of girls who'll all end up oogling over Neil Patrick Harris, and I'll be sitting there wondering what the big deal is. (Seriously, is he that attractive?I think I was born with some sort of defect to not see that).
I think real life needs more Kaidans and Alistairs
Hehe well I'll be 19 in a few days, 2nd year University student, but I love Neil Patrick Harris <3. Not so much for his looks, he does look legen- wait for it- dary, (I couldn't resist
But no not a defect, people just have different tastes! & I agree we need more real life Kaidans and Alistairs.

Ha, I am actually the same age as you. But I skipped 3 grades in high school and am in my second year of college (long story). I actually passed up my brother in school (ha, ha[smilie]http://social.bioware.com/images/forum/emoticons/angel.png[/smilie])
I was never the boy crazy type but I chalk that up to having two older brothers (the way they behave though I am the oldest, I actually took my brother to the doctor on several occasions and I taught them to do laundry) and having to spend time with all thier friends growing up. Out of my childhood circle of friends, two of us were girls out of like 16 kids. We learned mud is fun, you don't cry (emotions are for the weak when in ravenous packs of boys), and boys are annoying as all hell. So they never seemed too charming to me for I knew what lay just beneath the surface (I am talking to you kid who thought it would be fun to put me in head lock while I was trying to eat soup).
But I did grow up (oh, rats) and they were not as awful to me. So when Kaidan and his magical voice showed up and he wasn't whinning or asking me to feed him he won me over immediately.
omg ;-; I think I found my twin... it's been... almost, the EXACT same!! I didn't think anyone else existed like me!! xD prepare for the same story but in my version xD
First off, I was home schooled until I was 15. After I left that to get an actually education, my mom decided me and my older brothers should take a test to see what grade we would be put in public school... as it turns out, my brothers got 12th grade, and I got +12, I'm college level(possibly even past that, but the exam didn't test that xD), I shouldn't even be in school anymore( but I've actually decided to become a police RCMP
so long story short, I passed my brotherss too, and doing it in at least 3 grades
Just damn girl, we pretty much came from the same house XD I figured I was the only one who grew up in a life of brothers eating all my yummy chocolate, making me feed them supper, and helping them decide who gets to play with a new toy first (lol, if they read that last part they would kick my ass xD haha)
and that's the long story of my lilfe XD I just can't believe the similarities
... and don't worry, I'm going back to my corner :innocent: haha xD

When I was 14 or so, for whatever reason, I was absolutely bent on naming my first born son...are you ready for this? Caden. Like, I literally just remembered this, standing in front of the fridge a few minutes ago. I got assigned a flour bag baby in Sex Ed. that year, and that was said flour bag baby's name.
If only I knew, a few years down the line, what that name would actually represent in my life, hahahaha.

I also absolutely love this thread and everyone in it. Oh wait, you all know what's coming . . . I am in no way a commander and my name is not Shepard but this my favorite thread on the BSN.
I think it will be quite fun to play MP together when the time comes:P.
Edit: Really? How is it this hard to find a good picture to go with that?
Edit: This will do.

I NEED to play through ME1 and grab all Kaidan's best dialogue and compile them all into one long video. But I'm laaaaaaazy. I'll have to see if there is a why to mod ME1 where Shepard just has Kaidan in the squad so Kaidan will take all the dialogue points.
