Those pesky russians coaxed an old draft script for ME3 weaponry, powers and plot out of the beta code before Bioware could crack down on the site. Bioware's confirmed that a lot of it is highly relevant. Us poor spoiled folk are going to try not to spread the working links around though.

We'll get a happy ending with Kaidan. Sure, there will be some tragic moments in ME3, but the series is mostly about choice, so a happy ending with Kaidan will definitely be one of the options.

It happened that bioware.ru (Russian central fan site) isn't only alive and well, but also posted results of datamining from leak. Surprisingly it included not only content of demo, but also huge list of cutscenes and quests. Now they removed everything from site, but it already slipped the net.

Warning: compared to that info ME2 spoilers look childlike.

EDIT:  sorry.  The answer was posted while I was writing.
Honestly, the only spoiler I need/want to know going into the game is if Kaidan has to die as a set plot point.  If that's the case, I will hate the series forever, which would be sad because it's my favorite.

Wow so that's how it happened- related, but different. That's actually pretty ingenius/genius lol. I guess they're desperate to know more, I don't blame them if they weren't actively spoilering people's day. Thankya, how do you people keep up with this?

I've a good feeling about it, yeah. Bioware loves rewarding Liaramancers for picking the "right" love-interest, but I don't think Bioware would go so far as to single out Virmire Survivor fans and give only Kaidanmancers and Ashmancers a sad ending. That would just be cruel. Will Bioware give Kaidanmancers as much love as Liaramancers? Probably not. But will Kaidamancers get punched in the gut for their choice of love-interest? ....again, probably not! I know Horizon sucked, but come on, guys, Bioware will come around... They'll give Kaidan and Shepard a happy ending!
