I don't know if Bioware means "perfect ending" as in "Then nobody died and Shepard flew off into the sunset unscathed" as much as just simply being the closest thing to perfect after planets being decimated by space faring cthulhu.

xD hahahaha!!! I'd love if they'd let you do that in the game  epsecially if you get the audience too!  ... it'd be even more awesome if the audience was the Vorcha!...I don't know why, but I think they're awesome...

I depends on which one of my Shepards it is.  Mary Sue would give him a piece of her mind then drag him off to her cabin, Jade, my canon Shep would be a little bit more hesitant and would walk on eggshells around him for a while, but she wouldn't let him keep her waiting for too long, lol.

On another topic, I'm actually more eager for the demo, cos if we can play FemShep we will likely see Kaidan. That would satisfy me till march.

Loyal Shep would probably take things very slow with him, because she doesn't want to lose him in any way. If he won't sleep with her she'd settle for being his friend/advisor. Since he's going to be glued to her side for every mission, he'll get to see that she really is the same goody two shoes she always was and realize he was wrong to leave her on Horizon. Then he'll have to come to her.

Shep that's hooking up with Jacob right now will just throw herself at him.

I really hope we have the ability in ME3 to make out with Kaidan whenever we want. You know, like you could do with Alistair in DA:O, and get inappropriate comments from your companions? I would *love* that.

By the time I see Kaidan so much time has passed that I've had time to think things through. He did apologize to me and considering how much he hates Cerberus, yet is willing to give me another chance means a lot to me. I think it will come down to two mature adults apologizing for both being idiots and not knowing what to say at that moment. In my cannon Shep eyes he reached out to her first and aplogized and that would be huge brownie points with me in RL. All that will matter to both Kaidan and I is that we are finally together working towards the same goal again.:innocent:

I will be very disapointed if they drag out awkwardness for 1/4 of the game between these 2.<_<

Yeeeeeah I think Kaidan is way past those stages of awkwardness he had in the first game with Sheps.

Hi there Kaidanites. Thought I'd join the line of de-lurkers for Kaidan.

I'm pretty knew to Mass Effect, coming over from DA (Alistair & Fenris fan). It's mainly the eyes for me, followed closely by the melty voices and Kaidan satisfies both counts for me in ME.

I'm not too sure what my Miszi Shepard will say when she first meets up with Kaidan again, Miszi will probably be the awkward one now, Horizon kind of hit her like a sledgehammer and made her rethink how much things and people change over time. She still loves Kaidan and appreciated his letter but she likes resolution and hates loose ends, the whole Kaidan + letter thing is so open ended, it has her unsure, nervous and a wee bit scared of being too optimistic for their future, she is still faithful to him and can't imagine being with anyone else but I reckon he will have to be the one to make the "first move", her wee heart couldn't risk or take any form of rejection from him now

I do, however know beyond a shadow of a doubt what she WON'T say this time around:

"It's been too long Kaidan, how have you been?"..................mega-cringeworthy! lol

You can just imagine Kaidan with the biggest face-palm ever, like "You didn't just ask me that AGAIN?, dammit Shepard".

What about things your Sheps wouldn't do or say on the first meeting?

Lmao, oh I love Anders! His obsessive behavior is both a little awkward and endearing.

One thing is for sure, if he does the sexy desperate kiss thing in ME3 like Anders with sound affects, I will go weak in the knees. /swoon

I was a dragon age fan too before I became a ME fan. But yes one of the things that made me fall for Kaidan was that voice and the smirk after you tell him "you couldn't of known what was going to happen". <3

I honestly have no idea how Aminthe (my canon Shep) will react. I've kinda got it in my head that Kaidan's first Spectre mission is going to be making Shep come to the trial (see, that way we get to see him right at the start of the game! ) so I guess she'd be a bit awkward at first, try to keep it business-like before the trial before doing her best to make him like her again. Erm, yeah.

I think I almost remember my first playthrough when that happened. I sorta went "That's a cute smile. I like that smile. :wub:" and then trying to find another smile like it in the rest of the game. Unfortunately either my search-fu or my noticing-stuff-jutsu is off because I think it only appears at the start...

Kaidan doesn't really strike me as much of an acher.  He's always so level-headed.  However, after two years...
And I know my Shepard is aching for him.

I wonder if we'll be able to get Kaidan to move in.  He could share Shepard's cabin and hang out doing calibrations or something when she's on a mission (of course that's really Garrus's thing, but you get the idea).  I'm sure it's just wishful thinking though.  I doubt those Alliance regs look kindly on that sort of thing.  I mean, it's one thing to have your way with him in the Kodiak when no one's looking, but you probably shouldn't be sharing living quarters on a military vessel.

I wonder how Spacer Shep's parents met.  They were both in the Alliance, right?  So there has to be some sort of precedent for couples serving together.

Oh thank god someone agrees with me!! The sound came off very strange to me. Fenris I liked more as well.
