I do have to agree that it should have been voice+text because judging from how everyone's all squeeeeeee that the email definitely means *more* with voice. XD (In my case, I ended up wanting to cry from reading the email the first time I got it in the game)

I'm sure there's lots of programs that let you rip audio/video, but I use real player, and it's a free download. Just throwin' it out there in case it can help you guys. It also coverts everything for me for my iPod.

That sometimes happens to me. I refresh the page or reboot my 'puter and that takes care of it. If not, you may have a different version?

Maybe it's an impression, but I think that Bioware quite forgot Kaidan in the whole ME 2...

The little cameo wasn't enough... They could, as someone said, have put audio (as Rafael has done to the fans) in the mail that it is recieved after Horizon...

And as I said previously: So many thanks to Rafael Sbarge!!!!!!! You made us incredibly happy today!!!!

It would be awesome if the VA for Ashley did this as well. Maybe she has twitter or something like that where fans could easily access her and ask if she'd do it too.

Hell yes. And maybe a future gift in the future for her fans even if I doubt.
Otherwise, I just have to wait 4 month before explanations between us about Horizon.

That's the most special thing I have ever heard. I wish BioWare made Kaidan equivalents of those girlfriend pillows, cause someone needs a hug!

Bioware should consider doing voiceovers when LIs send Shep letters (Kaidan, Ashley, Thane's letter in LotSB). It adds more of an impact.

On the off chance that a player's LI doesn't end up being a part of the perma team in ME3, it would be a touching way to keep in contact with the LI instead of a generic email.
