Well, yes, I AM incredibly obsessed and I won't even tell you about the Kaidan dream I had last night but unless you are at a convention or something, I think matching N7 hoodies looks a bit dorky. Obsession is one thing, but dorkitude is something else entirely different.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who was disappointed that Brynjolf couldn't be married, I haven't even bothered trying the marriage thing yet since he's the only one that's interested me so far.

And to keep it relatively on topic, speaking of Kaidan looking after Shep in ME1 earlier I was entirely too close to a Krogan who was preparing to charge and before I got the chance to pull up the power wheel Kaidan popped in and threw it.

@Lulu I love when Kaidan saves my Shepard like that and he did it ALL the time in ME1. Best. Squaddie. Ever.

(And I just married some random dark elf shopkeeper in Windhelm to unlock the married achievement for Skyrim, then I reloaded my game. I may marry my current wizard mercenary companion because he's nice..."Divines smile on you, friend." But I doubt it.)

I kid xD I think you will be able to, if the breakup happened on peaceful terms. I don' think the game'll force you to continue the relationship  Plus Kaidan didn't strike me as someone to carry a grudge (well, perhaps except Horizon, though in my opinion I wouldn't call that a grudge... I have an image of Zaeed in my head now, what.)

Unless you play Skyrim  on console. Alas, Brynjolf remains out of my reach. He won't even talk to me right now, just keeps saying he's too busy. I probably need to work on finishing that questline.

Ooh, I've wondered how he'd react to a Shepard who wasn't loyal but left their ME2 romance and showed interest in him again but that is a twist I never considered. Yep. I play on the 360 so can't do cool mods or other stuff. I hate computer gaming though (and frankly can't afford a decent 'puter to game on as all my systems are bottom of the line crap, but they do what I need them to do), so I consider it a fair trade.

I don't think that game will force me to anything related with romances too...And it's not like I don't like Kaidan or something..TBH I like very much all ME1/ME2 companions and Kaidan was always one of my best friends..but  I found Thane a better LI for my Sheps... I have one " loyal" Shepard, but Im not sure if I will feel good with Kaidan as a romance option again. Still I value him very much and want to keep him as a friend..Hope it will be possible.

Last words about Skyrim..sorry for console users really   The fact that a lot of things are impossible with console versions of games ( console commands, and mods) is a reason why I don't play 
games lke DA or TES on my Xbox.

Yes, sometimes having a hubby who games is a real pain in the butt, hence why we have two computers and three TVs. XD We also played Final Fantaxy XI and World of Warcraft together, and he'd get p*ssy if my gear was better, or if I had more money, or was a higher level.  And they had this feature in FFXI where you could make an NPC companion and choose what they looked like, so he made his look exactly like my toon, but I made mine look like a tall, dark-haired elf guy and he got annoyed that I didn't make mine look like his female toon. 

And he laughs at my dialogue choices. And he makes fun of my flirting with Kaidan/Thane/Alistair/Fenris/Sebastian/whoever. And laughs when I die. I told him he's not allowed to watch my play games because he just ticks me off. He's such a guy.

I bought one and had it shipped to the UK - there were not any additional customs charges for me.

And also - I will just say for any ladies buying one of these, they run very, very large so I suggest ordering 2 sizes down.

Omigod.  You just described my life.

My husband and I don't play the same games at all - except Assassin's Creed.  He mostly plays sports games and just doesn't understand the rpg thing at all.  Multiple playthroughs is a concept lost on him.  He keeps saying "But we've already seen this movie!" everytime he catches me playing ME.

My husband is an RPG gamer, same as me, we both don't understand the Sports/FPS EXTREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEME thing. That doesn't stop him from annoying me though. And he doesn't get the multiple playthrough thing either, he'll see me playing ME/DA/KOTOR and say something about how we have over 500 other games in the house (not including doubles and PC games), yet I persist in playing the same games over and over again. I keep telling him to stop or I'm going to make a DA2 character who's named after him and looks like him... and then he's going to have a relationship with Anders. That shuts him up for a few minutes.

As far as the sizing, is it possible that it runs large because of the difference between US and UK sizes? From what I understand, a UK size 8 is equal to a US size 4, and so on. I'm not trying to pick on you or anything, I was just thinking about getting one, and having feedback on sizing is so helpful.

Luckily my husband just rolls his eyes at my toon flirting with the current character of choice.  Even though the Xbox is suppose to be a shared item I play way more on it.    I am glad he is happy with just watching the "movie" and not playing it so we don't have to fight for Xbox time.  Hehe.

Totally true. You know, on an unrelated note, I found a thread earlier on about the ability to have children. Just putting it out there, if my Shepard is done saving the galaxy, I reckon her ultimate reward should be to have the "simple life". Anyone for little Kaidans? Or little Shepards with Kaidan?
