@Psara Thanks for that info! I remember starting at level 3 on one character, so that must have been my level 53 Shep, all my others were level 40-somethings. I always got rich character import bonuses on all characters LOL. ME1 Sheps roll around in credits, while ME2 Sheps are relatively poor.

I'm really feeling blue over the lack of animated Kaidan, I'm really anxious to see how they've tweaked him for ME3. Thank goodness for Raphael Sbarge keeping us happy with his golden voice. I'm ready for the new year just so we can get some new ME3 stuff to mull over.

I'll have to look the trailer up after the fact since I don't have any live tv. I don't suppose they are broadcasting VGAs over the web?

Your cynical side and my cynical side have to stop agreeing on things. 

Spike's website says that you'll be able to watch the VGAs from their site.

Despite the fact that there is no Femshep trailer I like what he said...last time things did get a little out of control on the other forums when info didn't pan out the way people thought it was supposed to...sounds like they are handling things much better this time. As for a Femshep trailer we still have time for one before release day.

"Freaky looking things" is from the Jenkins-Kaidan convo over the gasbags, but I'm not sure it actually can trigger in game.

Pretty sure "I don't regret a thing" is when you leave him behind on Virmire.

There's exactly same russian proverb;) I won't be surprised to find out that Latin prototype exist.

For now, fingers crossed for "anyone but Garrus and Liara". Considering the amount of spoilerific info on official channels, it's very likely will be Garrus/Liara and glimpses of... battle on Tuchanka.

But, of course, fingers crossed for Kaidan (for fangirlish side) and Tali (for "all fanbases should get equal amount of info" side). But if it will be Kaidan / Miranda somewhere, I'm afraid I'll die from happiness.

Game starts, Joker talks, and I thought "hmm, well if he's a romance option, that's what I'm going with." Then Kaidan spoke, and I almost squealed "IT'S CARTH!" ... and that was that. It was a bioware game, and so I had a good feeling that, if they were using the same VA, his character would be awesome.

I thought that, too. I didn't know it was Carth when I first bought the game. I sat down, installed it, started playing and I thought "...that tall, dark, handsome fellow... his voice... so familiar!" Then following Eden Prime, I was like "OMG, I'm Revan again!"

It was almost like playing KOTOR 1 and realizing that I was the reincarnation of Revan or something.

I agree. Out of all the VA's, I have to admit that Raphael has been the most friendly and welcoming. He's really put himself out there to try and communicate with his fans and it is really heartwarming to see a very successful man remember his roots and understand the joy and excitement that us fans have. He's also really appreciative and once again, its very satisfying and gratifying to see that.

So a weird thought came to me today. This is crazy and off the wall but bare with me. Newbie Spectres have a mentor who they accompany in their first several missions. Anderson - Saren, Shepard - Nihlus, Kaidan - Unknown. My weird off the wall thought today was: what if Tela Vasir was Kaidan's mentor? Or was going to be. And Shepard killed her. Vasir was a 'good' guy, expect the Shadow Broker stuff. And we don't know yet when Kaidan begins his Spectre training.

I dunno. Just wondering who Kaidan's mentor is/was and the most screwed up situation that could possibly happen with that.
