Ugh, me too! I couldn't take it after Grissom left and Dr. Ray started hogging all the screen time. I have seasons 1-6 on DVD, once I get Season 7, I'm not getting any more. Even though Eric Szmanda (Greg, my favorite!) is still there, it's just painful to watch.

I am of the opinion that if any movie is to be made based on a video game, it should be CGI and feature the original VAs from the games. Otherwise we get things like "Resident Evil" which should really be called "Amazing Alice's Kung-Fu Adventures in ZombieMatrixLand".

On that note, I enjoyed Resident Evil Degeneration, because it was actually a continuation of the games, had CGI so the characters actually looked like their VG counterparts, the VAs from the games came back, AND they're supposedly making a sequel.

Yeah but his is the iconic appearance, even though I only use it for one of my Mansheps (and not my canon one at that). Anyway if they're going to make the movie as action oriented as the series I doubt he could be any worse than mr. Reeves in let's say the Matrix in the acting department.

Do you think if we caused a big stir and everyone started creating their own "Kaidan is too Stuffy in ME3!" threads, we might get a screenie of K in his casual outfit?  Because, that tactic seems to have worked for the Ash fans.  Not that I don't love Ash, I'd have kept her if I could (and my Sheploo did), but how can you leave Kaidan behind?  And Kaidan needs to, you know, let his hair down, too.

I'd second this having the characters suddenly look and sound very different is not likely to endear this movie to me, but then again can Vanderloo act?

Guess I'll have to third it...I kept thinking of who could come close to looking like him and then realized all I could see in my mind was Kaidan's face. And there is no substitute for Sbarge.

It's true.  Kaidan is Kaidan.  There's no one else who looks quite as fabulous as he does, and even if there were, the emotion would be sorely lacking. 
I'd maybe accept Johnny Depp.  If I had to.  Maybe.

@ToP pic: Is it bad that I think he's extra smexy in that pic?

Grego  Everyone has to love him. I have 1-8 on DVD, but I don't really watch any episodes after Sara (my favorite) leaves.

Final Fantasy: Advent Children is also a fairly good CGI video game movie, IMO. But what AC and Degeneration had working for them was that they were canon continuations of their games. They tried a CGI video game movie with Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within, and that flunked majorly in theaters. It's hard to have a PG-13 or R rated CGI, and critics tend not to take them as seriously. We all know that what matters in the end to movie makers is the profit <_<

I passed out from awesome exposure, and 24 hours later, the pages are full of derp Kaidans, sad Kaidans, flirty Kaidans and completely naked Kaidans.

awww, I loved "spirits within", its one of my favorite movies actually, it has such kick butt female characters in it. and even though the romance has a sad ending, I still love it.

Oh, Toby I love Tobuscus, watching his commentary is almost better than playing the games. I'd love to see him do a literal ME3 trailer, or a ME3 playthrough (which I bet he will).

I've done sooooo good so far about not seeing any spoilers and I've not read any of the leaked information, but I think earlier I accidently stumbled on something that is making me fret.  Is there anyone that has read the leaked stuff and kept up to date on the spoilers that I can ask one specific question to? I don't want to know everything, just this one thing that is bothering me now.
