That's one of my favs too, which is why it's my xbox motto.

I also like the line where he tells Shepard she is hard to step away from. Although honestly, there isn't anything he says that I don't love to listen to. I even smile at his panicked: "Enemies everywhere!"  when I'm fail!driving us in the Mako.

I think you guys listed all my favorite Kaidan lines, haha. I never actually got this one in-game, but I saw it in a video. This takes place in Chora's Den.

Ash: A billion light years where humanity began, and we walk into a bar with men drooling over half-naked women shaking their asses on a stage. I can't decide if that's funny or sad.
Kaidan: What? You don't think they're here for the food?

Also lol, if I recall, this one happens when Kaidan says "I don't think I've ever met a woman like you"

Shepard: I bet you say that to all your commanding officers.
Kaidan: Well, ever since I heard the captain's mess gets better food...

And of course "Mom was right. I should have brought a sweater." <3

Hmmm, I have so many favorite Kaidan lines, I really don't know which one to choose. I'm partial to:

"I don't think I've ever met a woman like you"
"You are hard to step away from"
"That's what I lo-appreciate about you"

As for squadmate banter, I love the Wrex/Kaidan "Who would win in a fight between you and Shepard?" conversation.

Hey, guys, I have a question. I'm just finishing up my ME1 playthrough and I've been thinking of replaying this playthrough just so I could get to level 60. However, since I don't have that much to go (I'm on level 45 right now and I still need Ilos and Battle of Citadel), I just wanted to play the main missions on this second playthrough. Will I still have all the info from the side missions of my first playthrough when I import into ME2? For example, that lady you meet on the Citadel that's arguing with her brother in law about her baby. You see them in ME2 talking about said baby. If I don't do their side mission on my second playthrough (but I did it on the first), will I still see them in ME2?

Sorry for the wall o' text. Have a Kaidan!

I love Kaidan's interaction with Joker during the prologue. I wish he'd stayed up on the bridge during the main game for more banter.

Joker: Besides, Spectres are trouble. I don't like having him on board; call me paranoid.
Kaidan: You're paranoid!

Shepard: He sounds angry. Something must have gone wrong with the mission.
Joker: Captain always sounds like that when he's talking to me.
Kaidan: Can't possibly imagine why...

I also love "Glad you'll be here when this is over, Shepard. I'm, um... looking forward to some shore leave." It makes me swoon. In my mind they went back to Shep's apartment on Inta'sei for two weeks before they went out and got blown up by the Collectors. Fact.

And of course it's tough to beat "that's what I lov - appreciate about you"

Yeah this was the other one in Chora's den I was trying to think of...I think you get the conversations if you click on their characters. This one if you click on Ash. If you click on Kaidan you get the one I posted earlier where Ash tells him to put his tongue back in his mouth before he trips over it.

@Soccerchic6  I could be wrong but I think that it counts as a completely different save so you'd have to play it again to see it in ME2...if anyone knows different please correct me...been a while since I played ME1.

Yep. Non-combat line in the Chora's Den fight. (After you clear out the first set of baddies, before you go into the back, I think.)
